'I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday' was quite TERMINAL as expected. That rap... :drama:

 for 'I See Fire' re-entering in the top 20, was expecting it to be a little bit higher though  It was #15 on Friday and not exactly plummeted on iTunes.

Ed Sheeran !!

Correct.

'I See Fire' is terminally dull. :(
I reckon Do What You Want would be close to silver if it weren't for its first 3 weeks.

What do you mean?

What do you mean?

It was ineligible to chart 3 weeks long because it was the second instant grat from the Album (before it was released)

Biography

Surpassing the achievements of One Direction and JLS by becoming the first group to win The X Factor in the U.K., four-piece girl band Little Mix were one of the few success stories to emerge from the underperforming and controversial eighth season. Jade Thirlwall (who had auditioned for two previous series) and Perrie Edwards (both from South Shields), Jesy Nelson (from Romford, East London), and Leigh-Anne Pinnock (from High Wycombe) had all originally auditioned as solo artists, but like fellow acts Nu Vibe and the Risk, were put together as a group at the boot-camp stages. After impressing Jessie J and mentor N-Dubz's Tulisa Contostavlos at Judges' House, they made it to the live finals, where their engaging personalities, girl-next-door image, and contemporary song choices saw them outgrow their initial underdog status. Originally known as Rhythmix, the girls were forced to change their moniker in week four after it was revealed that there was already a Brighton-based children's charity of the same name. But following stellar performances of En Vogue's "Don't Let Go," Katy Perry's "E.T.," and Rihanna's "Don't Stop the Music," they beat the Conway Sisters and Hope's previous record to become the first girl band in the show's history to make it past week seven. After contributing to the high-profile M&S TV ad campaign and the finalists' charity cover version of Rose Royce's "Wishing on a Star," they eventually went on to triumph over Marcus Collins in the final. Their debut single, a rendition of Damien Rice's 2003 hit "Cannonball," went on to top the charts but scored the lowest first-week sales by an X Factor winner since Steve Brookstein's "Against All Odds" in 2004, and was later beaten to the coveted Christmas number one spot by the Military Wives Choir. Their debut album, DNA, featuring the singles "Cannonball," "Wings," and the title track, was released in late 2012. - iTunes

(39) Little Mix-Little Me

This tune from Little Mix is channeling the Spice GIrls in my opinion

What do you mean?

The first three weeks Do What U Want was unable to chart as only one track (Applause) was chart eligible before Gaga's album came out, this is referred to as an instant grat.

'Move' is definitely the best thing Little Mix have done. :D
I reckon this may go back in the top ten with gift cards next week. Just a feeling I have :o
I loved the whole concept of The Big Reunion and the concert was amazing but it should have ended there and then. New material, Xmas tours, and what happened next shows have really milked the cow dry. Nice for temporary nostalgia but those acts do now belong back in 1998-2001.

Little Mix did get huge boosts for both 'Wings' and 'DNA' last year so hopefully 'Move' will follow that this year! Still sounding so good  They are on point this era.

New peak again for AWOLNATION :D

It was ineligible to chart 3 weeks long because it was the second instant grat from the Album (before it was released)

Does it even matter as long as certifications are concerned? Don't they certify for sales regardless of chart eligibility?

Biography

A solo project of Aaron Bruno, AWOLNATION began as a creative outlet for the songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. Bruno, who had been a member of Home Town Hero and Under the Influence of Giants, needed a break from the collaborative process and hoped to find a place for some of his songs that didn’t fit with his other bands. With AWOLNATION, Bruno built a kind of creative free-for-all for himself, allowing him to blend genres as he wanted in a style reminiscent of Beck, blending live instrumentation, electronic elements, and slick production into an electro-pop hybrid that draws from the whole of pop music. In 2011, AWOLNATION made its full-length debut, releasing Megalithic Symphony on Red Bull Records. - iTunes

OCC does not count sales if a song is ineligible to chart.
