Also, Now 83 is on it's way to becoming the 2nd biggest selling Now album ever! :o

As an aside, Gorilla is the biggest flop to appear on a Now album for quite some time I think!

Yeah, I think the last biggest flop was Agnes on NOW 74... Or it could be that Flo Rida & Akon song on NOW 87. I finally have NOW 86, someone gave me their copy and I'm over the moon about it. Disc 2 is a bit of a chore to listen to, mainly 'cos I find all of these dance tracks to be quite similar, but the bottom part is quite nice. Disc 1, as ever, is amazing

Now That's What I Call Movies is excellent, only just got round to buying it. What on earth is the version of Show Me Heaven on it though? Never heard it anywhere before, it has different vocals and heavier percussion to the original.

I noticed that, i think it must be a live version. There's been a lot cock ups in the NOW Spin-Offs recently! Has anyone brought NOW Club Hits? I really want that!

Do you think Now would include Xmas songs to their easter releases? Thinking about One More Sleep by Leona Lewis, I wonder if it will be snubbed completely or tacked on at the end of one of the discs? I can't recall any other Xmas songs ever making it onto a regular now release (aside from the loosely related ones like The Power Of Love).
Stay Another Day was on Now 30. Fairytale Of New York was also on Now 10.
Yeah, but they're usually not included on the regular NOWs. Nevertheless, I can totally see "One More Sleep" being added to next year's Now Christmas release.

i find though, they've been going down hill. so much so, that i think i will stop collecting them

what are all your thoughts on the now music series?

We already have a thread on the NOW Music series, so I have merged the two topics together! :D

Why do people think the NOW Series are going down hill? Surely it's the music that's going down hill, not the actual NOW CD, surely?

I've been collecting since NOW 60 {on and off at times as I never got 65, 66 & 78 & also i have 35, 49 & 59 but they're my parents')

As for the quality, they've always been the same to me - some huge hits, not-so-big hits that I love and then some passable stuff.

Now 87 cover:

Bit of a regression after the Now 86 cover seemed to push the design boundaries a bit. This reminds me of the last few Easter releases. It's quite charming I guess.
