I've just listened to 'I'm A Freak'. It's pretty awful but not any more so than your average Enrique Iglesias song, in fact it's probably one of his better songs - I just really don't understand how it's been such a big hit in 2014?! RIDICULOUSLY dated song, can't believe people are still buying songs like this so much. (I actually really liked 'I Like It' but that was a freak occurrence (:P), I can't think of any other Enrique songs I can tolerate, even before he morphed into a generic electropop artist).

because Capital fm dictates the charts, remember? ^_^

Tove Lo  #40 - surprised this is still climbing since it's no longer R1's track of the day. Looks like a genuine hit :o

:drama:

Have yet to see one person say they prefer this to ANY of the other EP tracks so its success (or the team's choice to send it to Radio 1/promote it if they did so) is baffling. I know it's the song getting exposure but how and why is the original being ignored?

But as Liam said if this is what gets the ball rolling for her, them i'm all for it :D

I'm A Freak is an excellent song and it deserves the position it has.

Tsunami is awesome.

Duke Dumont's upcoming track is awful, I hope it isn't number one next week.

It is nice to see How I Feel doing well.

The chart is nice and fresh, Nasty is complete bollocks and shouldn't be top 100.

62. Angel Haze & Sia - Battle Cry - Steadily climbing every day.

Glad she's finally getting a bit of recognition because she's great and deserves it. Hopefully she'll shift some albums out of this.

I love that different people like different types of music. I am confused at yours but each to their own :P

I hope she can go top 40 with this.

I know. As IF "I Got U" is bad compared to those other monstrosities mentioned!

It's just an instant grat track for now, so no. It's doing very well already I'd say, not sure if the video is getting any airplay for it?

I read today that MTV have banned it - for completely ridiculous reasons if you ask me - and I don't think a clean edit is going to be made, so it will probably receive as much airplay as 'Hard Out Here'.

James Arthur Get Down has now 'surged' up to #250! Does anyone know what the sales level is likely to be down there???

Hard to believe it is doing That bad tbh.

...

Gather he is promoing it on ITV tomorrow, see if that shakes it up much- I doubt it.

As I said on Saturday night/early hours of Sunday it's because of the sexy women in the music video that I'm A Freak is doing so well.
When I see Tinie, Pitbull & Flo-Rida all ahead of Kylie, is it any wonder I'm losing faith in the charts... :drama:

And you didn't last year with Screech, Whine and When I Was Your Adele? :drama: I did!

The decline for 'Happy' rapidly beginning to show. When do you think this will be out of the Top10? This time next week?

What's the appeal behind this?

Adele is not pioneer of the ballad you know. :drama:

Exactly, Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey say hi and goodbye to Michael...

It's just very close in the #4-7 region at the moment, 'Happy' will probably be back in the top three come Saturday, when the weekend effect kicks in!
