She confirmed that 'Still' is the next single. It wouldn't have been my choice but then I don't see massively obvious single choices on the album and 'Still' is one that is more likely to work IMO. I think her label is definitely focused on album sales and trying to keep the momentum and new (more mature/adult contemporary) audience that 'Crying...' has garnered, so it may turn out to be a clever strategy. She's still relatively unknown to the public at large so it would be somewhat risky to go with an uptempo that is vastly different to 'Crying...' - at least 'Still' helps define her sound, which will hopefully lend itself to album sales.

Glad it's Still! Perfect choice. Excited for the video. It may have been better to save Still for Q4 but glad it's getting the single treatment nonetheless.

Good choice of single. I hope it's able to get her another hit. After the success of 'Crying For No Reason' I'm hoping all the usual suspects will come on board and support the track.

I would have prefered Everything personally, but it is still a good choice!

I have high hopes that the video will be as wonderful as CFNR's was.

'Still' is amazing (one of my favourite tracks... probably my favourite track from the album)!

 

I kind of predicted a more upbeat track ('Aaliyah' or something else) first as the follow-up to CFNR but oh well, I would like 'Still' to be a single release sometime anyway.

I went to see her last Wednesday and she was absolutely incredible! :wub: 'Still' was amazing live, as was 'Emotions'. She's so lovely too.

 

The best part was Ms Dynamite coming on for the encore of 'Lights On'. SO IMMENSE. (She did 'Dibby Dibby Sound' too).

Even more basic than CFTN video, but I guess it works!

Video is simple and nice enough. Such a beautiful song though!

First time hearing "Still"... Wow. May need to invest in the album if the quality of the singles are anything to go by. Hopefully a T20 hit at least!

That's kind of how I imagined the CFNR video would look like, just I imagined a bit of a bigger budget!

She's such a beauty. Wow.

 

Video is pretty basic. I keep expecting something inventive like '5 AM' but maybe i should lower my expectations. The recent videos have been the only things i've not loved this era, everything else (including this single obviously) has been 11/10.
