Yay at 'Beating Heart' finally happening (I haven't heard it yet but it's Ellie so it's probably fab).

Listen to it, it's absolutely gorgeous

The Twin Atlantic song is not bad per se, it just has a big poppy sell out One Direction type chorus, which is ironic seeing as they've been playlisted the same week as 1D themselves, who arguably have the more respectable single of the two
Yas at Birthday impacting radio (already tho?)

I believe the video is out tomorrow, so it makes sense. Glad to see it playlisted.

Happy to see Katy B on the playlist still too. Shame it didn't move up to A-list though.

Quite happy with these choices Twin Atlantic, Ellie Goulding, Second City, Klingande, The 1975, Bastille :). Katy Perry song is good but i thought it would of been put on next week and the one direction song not really a fan of them in my opinion. Next week I hope Lana Del Ray, Jack White, Royal Blood and MNEK make the list.
Ellie is there though, so at least one I like.

I don't think Mango was particularly concerned about you liking songs on the playlist somehow. :P

That's a bit presumptious of you Bre  OK you're right I wasn't

:cheer: Excellent additions for Klingande and SecondCity!

Bad Blood re-release, after how Flaws took off so much the second time...It's just lazy, and I feel like they know R1 will play whatever they put out at the moment, so they're just trying to stay on the radios without actually doing anything or spending any money.

I'm interested to see how Birthday does, I can't see it going top ten, though.

Yeah but what's wrong with that? It's not like Bad Blood has already been a big hit, so why not use it to try and sell a few more albums until the next one is ready?

BAD BLOOD IS BEING RE-RELEASED??? Best news I've heard all week

New additions pretty much exactly as expected, nice to see Jubel finally on there!

Strange of them to drop Tove Lo just as it's doing really well in the charts, especially as it's only been on the A-list for 2 weeks

My thoughts exactly, the fact it's climbed to its peak shows how popular it is too. Hope its a recurrent for a good while. Same with Drunk in Love - was it A listed for the same time?

Wish the INMWT list had more fluidity and songs moved up & down!

...with a song that isn't on her album :P

So is this a new era or a standalone single or what?

It's from the 'Divergent' soundtrack.

Tonight Alive on a Radio 1 playlist

I am fine with Bastille continuing on with Bad Blood, it is one of the best on the album after all.

* Secondcity - I Wanna Feel

Had no idea this wasn't playlisted! :o It's going to be massive if it's already doing so well without Radio 1 playlisting.

Cheers mate, I seen after that post that it was in some sort of film. I'm loving Ellie Goulding this era and she's not my type of artist.

The Bastille entry baffles me I really don't see the point of another release the albums well over a yr old. Although we have had the discussion on here before with first album artists who keep themselves relevant by releasing a lot of singles!

Yeah I think it could sell around the same as Hideaway first week!

Because they have plenty of unreleased singles, and a new video would probably spark up more interest. But I guess it makes more sense that Flaws, as Bad Blood only just made the top 100, and could peak a little higher. Haim showed us that new tracks work better than re-releases though.

 at Bastille re-releasing Bad Blood. Also happy to see Second City and Twin Atlantic added. Twin Atlantic are amazing live by the way. I've seen them twice, and Free is such an anthem. Hopefully this era will be a big one for them. :)
