April 27, 201412 yr Agreed. If more people closed doors when they went home, there'd be far less robberies. If only people were people paid in love, the world would be a much better and safer place
April 27, 201412 yr Last Night is incredibly catchy, the best of their songs imo I prefer 'Can We Dance' to be honest!
April 27, 201412 yr Wow this is falling fast even by The Vamps standards! Thank god their album isn't falling fast at all
April 27, 201412 yr I think the chart run of 'Last Night' kind of proves that The Vamps are really a fan base act :( although their album is holding up good :o That and their album came out, which potentially curtailed some of the sales for it. Speaking of which the album is surprisingly good
April 27, 201412 yr I hate this vamps song. It feels like the song and video has been created before or is that just me?
April 27, 201412 yr Thank god their album isn't falling fast at all  Wow, their album has remained top 2 in a dead week after selling nearly 4x as much as #3 last week!!1!
April 27, 201412 yr The first time I heard 'She Looks So Perfect' it was quite pleasant until the 'in my American Apparel underwear' line, at which point I cringed violently and turned it to mute. However, now that I've lived with it for a while, I can appreciate the quality of the song so I hope it continues to stick around. I think they were paid by the company to reference it.
April 27, 201412 yr 20 24 08 Coldplay Magic Ghost Stories | 2014 http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51AJjvh-5ZL._AA160_.jpg Chart Run: 10-18-23-20-22-23-24-20 Release date: 03-03-2014 Format: download only track Label: Parlophone Records Sales: 100k+ Video here: Qtb11P1FWnc Biography Coldplay are a British rock band formed in 1996 by lead vocalist Chris Martin and lead guitarist Jonny Buckland at University College London. After they formed under the name Pectoralz, Guy Berryman joined the group as a bassist and they changed their name to Starfish. Will Champion joined as a drummer, backing vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist, completing the line-up. Manager Phil Harvey is often considered an unofficial fifth member. The band renamed themselves "Coldplay" in 1998, before recording and releasing three EPs; Safety in 1998, Brothers & Sisters as a single in 1999 and The Blue Room in the same year. The latter was their first release on a major label, after signing to Parlophone. They achieved worldwide fame with the release of the single "Yellow" in 2000, followed by their debut album released in the same year, Parachutes, which was nominated for the Mercury Prize. The band's second album, A Rush of Blood to the Head (2002), was released to critical acclaim and won multiple awards, including NME's Album of the Year. They have also come top of the BBC Radio 2 poll of the favourite album of all time. Their next release, X&Y, the best-selling album worldwide in 2005, was met with mostly positive reviews upon its release, though some critics felt that it was inferior to its predecessor. The band's fourth studio album, Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends (2008), was produced by Brian Eno and released again to largely positive reviews, earning several Grammy nominations and wins at the 51st Grammy Awards. On 24 October 2011, they released their fifth studio album, Mylo Xyloto, which received mixed to positive reviews, topped the charts in over 34 countries, and was the UK's best-selling rock album of 2011. The band has won a number of music awards throughout their career, including eight Brit Awards—winning Best British Group three times, five MTV Video Music Awards, and seven Grammy Awards from twenty five nominations. Coldplay have sold more than 60 million records worldwide. In December 2009, Rolling Stone readers voted the group the fourth-best artist of the 2000s. Coldplay have been an active supporter of various social and political causes, such as Oxfam's Make Trade Fair campaign and Amnesty International. The group have also performed at various charity projects such as Band Aid 20, Live 8, Sound Relief, Hope for Haiti Now: A Global Benefit for Earthquake Relief, The Secret Policeman's Ball, and the Teenage Cancer Trust. - Wikipedia Chart history (Year peak title): 2000 35 Shiver -1- 2000 04 Yellow -2- 2000 10 Trouble -3- 2002 02 In My Place -1- 2002 10 The Scientist -2- 2003 09 Clocks -3- 2005 02 Speed Of Sound -1- 2005 04 Fix You -2- 2005 10 Talk -3- 2008 08 Violet Hill -1- 2008 54 Lost! -3- 2008 01 Viva La Vida -2- 2009 28 Life In Technicolor II -4- 2010 13 Christmas Lights -NAS- 2011 06 Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall -1- 2011 01 Paradise -2- 2011 04 Princess Of China (Coldplay & Rihanna) -4- 2011 22 Charlie Brown -3- 2013 12 Atlas -OST- 2014 10 Magic -1- Album Discussion Here
April 27, 201412 yr Wow, their album has remained top 2 in a dead week after selling nearly 4x as much as #3 last week!!1! ie. not freefalling, which was my point. :D
April 27, 201412 yr Wow, Magic has sold so consistently since the initial fall. It's such a beautiful, understated track; I cannot wait for their new album! Edited April 27, 201412 yr by Jade
April 27, 201412 yr ie. not freefalling, which was my point. :D It'd be more than a little bit embarrassing for them if it was freefalling in these circumstances though so that's really nothing to boast about  It's still gonna barely pass 10k most likely.
April 27, 201412 yr This song just puts me in a trance, such a beautiful and magical song :yahoo: Best song on the chart at the moment by far
April 27, 201412 yr I hate this vamps song. It feels like the song and video has been created before or is that just me? Lyrically it was done before when Katy Perry did 'Last Friday Night', I do love it though. Not looking forward to seeing where Indiana ends up, really should be top 10. :(
April 27, 201412 yr It'd be more than a little bit embarrassing for them if it was freefalling in these circumstances though so that's really nothing to boast about  If they were that much of a fanbase act, they *would* have fallen further, so holding at #2 is good and better than I expected. I don't particularly care about what their sales are, but still being the 2nd most bought album in the country is hardly shoddy.
April 27, 201412 yr It'd be more than a little bit embarrassing for them if it was freefalling in these circumstances though so that's really nothing to boast about  So you're bashing them for remaining at number 2 and had they dropped you would've bashed them anyway... nice logic Edited April 27, 201412 yr by ElectroBoy
April 27, 201412 yr Thank god their album isn't falling fast at all  It's sales will still be down by over 60% from last week even if it holds at No2, with a huge drop coming next week!
