I agree, both of them were in the wrong.. Danielle is a total misery and needs to not overreact, her explosive temper and torrent of expletives just painted her as a hypocrite given she keeps saying how she hates swearing and the like, I really can't help but think she must be fake too with the amount of contradictions with her views made by her behaviour. But at the same time she's pretty entertaining because her explosions are admittedly hilarious.

Helen's behaviour is worse though I'd say, and it makes me feel a bit sorry for Danielle actually even if she's fake. Danielle was very abrasive but just came across as overly defensive imo, Helen was nasty on a personal level, like with her "hairbrush and a wash you fat bitch" and "stop shagging Jesus you tramp" comments. I think if they had resolved it like adults, it would have been ok and they would have emerged from it a bit better than they have in reality. Danielle did bring it on herself in the first place so isn't totally innocent but Helen was needlessly aggressive and personal in her handling of the situation, and she came across as immature, probably even moreso than Danielle's aggression and swearing, given she wouldn't even talk to Danielle to maybe allow an apology.

I'm hoping Tamara goes more now, the insiders need a knock to their group as they clearly think they're untouchable... I'd love Pauline to go very soon for the same reason, that would really tear things up! She's becoming insufferable too, she seems to think she's some sort of supreme force just because she's the oldest housemate.

I think both Helen AND Danielle were in the wrong last night. Danielle shouldn't have had a huge go at Helen basically for no reason, but Helen's reaction was just as bad. I prefer Helen overall as a housemate cause she can be entertaining but she needs to calm down. Danielle's been a misery guts the whole time so the sooner she goes, the better. Don't think she's any kind of victim at all tbf as she did bring it on herself even if Helen's reaction was waaaaaay too OTT.

On a lighter note, can we just crown Toya the winner already? <3

This pretty much sums up my opinion. Including the Toya comment! WHAT A GODDESS!! ♥.♥

This I really don't understand though. Who are these insiders and why are they any more of a group than, say, Ashleigh-Kimberly-Danielle? Everybody has friends in the house but I'm really not seeing this huge divide everyone's talking about. I mean, Pauline invited Danielle to the party and not Tamara, so it sort of looks like Pauline and Danielle are closer than Tamara and that group. Maybe I just don't see it because I actually like Tam, but seriously I feel like everybody's just jumping to conclusions because of how the house dynamics have been in the past!

Actually Jale got the most she got 5 nominations .

Really?

I should really pay more attention..

And this whole "untouchables" thing - I think there are people who feel untouchable, but not a group.

Obviously Helen feels untouchable, as she should, at least for now - she has a clear pass to the final, and that's resulted in her being a total f***ing bitch, which is awesome to watch.

And Pauline, who just came off a clear Power Trip. However she's not untouchable. She will be up sooner rather than later.

As far as last night goes. They're all f***ing idiots.

Danielle took her nomination poorly, and as a result - did use the word "Slag" to define a few members of the house.

Steven was being a little bitch by telling Helen and co, so Danielle was at least spot on with that.

Helen overreacted with not actually having context. Danielle may not have been referring to her - who the f*** knows.

Danielle did use the word Slag, so she needs to calm the f*** down too.

The only one who came out looking somewhat decent from all of that was Kimberly, as she was trying to mend fences.

Edited by Aaron.

But he was just telling the group what a bitch Danielle was being lol. She was proclaiming that she hadn't been genuine, saying that she was gonna tell them what she really feels about them (meaning she hadn't been honest with them) and then said that she was up because she wasn't a slag (meaning she thought that most of the people who aren't up are slags too, including Steven probably). If I had been in his position and overheard that bitch-fit I would have tattled on her too tbh. lol.

Just watched last night's show again with my Mum so I've had time to re-evaluate my opinions on everything. Danielle did react badly to the nomination scenario and was absolutely the catalyst for the argument. I'm also disappointed that she denied her comments, but by her denying it to Kimberley in a later conversation, I get the impression this was something she spat out and forgot she'd even said. That doesn't change that she said it and it was immature the way she handled it, but Helen could've come across 100% better than she did considering she wasn't really in the wrong for challenging Danielle. Having said that, Danielle said "just because I didn't act like a f***ing slag"... what she didn't say was "just because I'm not like all the other girls acting like slags". So, the fact that Helen took that comment on her shoulders - well, if the shoe fits, love. Which it certainly does in Helen's case.

Other people's interpretations may be different but this is my opinion and nobody elses, but 'slag' has become something of a throwaway word these days. It's used for just about any girl when really it's referring to somebody who sleeps around. Which is technically what Prozzie Helen did, but I'm not sure Danielle is aware of this. The word 'fat' carries, no pun intended, a much bigger weight. It's a really horrible thing to do to bring somebody's appearance into it, her insulting of 'go shag Jesus' is offensive to a whole religion, and the comment "I'll knock her out"... well, I'm pretty sure Daley got ejected for threatening to knock Hazel out. Serious threat, very nasty behaviour.

I'm certainly not trying to preach Danielle's innocence, but Helen's handling of the situation painted her very badly in my eyes. If she didn't want to accept Danielle's apology, fine, she doesn't have to. But handling it saying, "I don't wanna speak about it now" as opposed to shouting in her face and really belittling someone who was clearly already upset was once again, very nasty and callous. Eviction wise, get Tamara out. I don't dislike her, but Jale and Danielle definitely offer better entertainment. I'm pretty sure this argument has sealed Danielle's eviction though.

I feel uncomfortable about the amount of $l*t shaming that's going on towards Helen's past as a prostitute in here. Somebody's regrettable life choices does not make them a 'slag'

Last night has definitely sealed Danielle's fate, and rightly so. At the end of the day, it's a TV show and Danielle's moping and histrionics are already getting old, add to that she seems rather one note as a character and the only slight semblance of a clique in the house is arguably just from her clinging on to Kimberley and Ashleigh (both of whom were actually talking to people on both sides last night, so I think this 'insiders' thing is a load of BS').

I just want Tamara to go because I think if she does one of Kimberley/Danielle/Jale will get the power if it is the public voting again. Which will be AMAZING. Although I suppose Danielle isnt needed for that, but I would love her to be just to rub it in Helens face.
oh dear.
Erm... aren't you known for slandering/insulting contestants on TV shows like this and X Factor etc.. (or maybe I'm just imagining it all/making it all up?)? So you really can't bring someone else up on this sort of stuff, when you do it yourself...

I don't believe I've ever tried to use a contestant on either show's past as a weapon against them though? I judge them for what they are there and then, but if you really need to scrape the barrel and start referring to them as a 'prozzie' (something confined to their past) in an attempt to strengthen your dislike for said person, that's pretty funny.

Where does regrettable stem from there? That is surely as much of an assumption as anything to think that she must have regretted being a prostitute. A past still makes someone's character, the fact that she used to be a prostitute IS part of her character whether it's in the past or not. It's not so much me being offensive but she surely can't be that offended by someone by being called a 'slag', I'm sure it's not the first time she'll have heard it, nor will it be thelast. The word 'slag' has become something of a throwaway word as I've said, it doesn't carry huge offence like it perhaps used to be. That whole paragraph was in reference to calling a group (not even Helen in particular) of people slags, not being comparable to insulting someone's appearance.

Toya is the only one to really make an impression on me thus far, anyone else struggling to come round to the rest of the housemates?

I love how you're trying to say that somebody who once was a prostitute should not be offended if they are called a slag, because you dislike them, but when it's sweet and innocent Charlotte from Geordie Shore being called a slag (when in reality she probably does spread her legs every Friday night) that's not tolerable in the slightest.

Corrected for you. :kink:

That is a fair point to make, though I'm not trying to say the word 'slag' is totally acceptable. I don't particularly condone Danielle's use of the word and I think it is a rather unfair assumption for her to make on people who are literally just talking about sex. But speaking comparably, is the word 'slag' as offensive as calling someone fat? Personally, I'd say not as weight is often a much more touchy issue.

But on that same note, people were very quick to draw Charlotte's past into the picture when Carol labelled her a slag in spite of the fact Charlotte had only slept with two men during the course of her show.

We all have different ways of judging them, but i'm not the biggest fan of using what housemates did before they entered against them in all honesty. My dislike for Helen comes from what she's been like in the house, and i don't really care if she was a prostitute or a nun before entering.

But away from that, voting is open now for the next power housemate :o My guess would be Chris/Jale getting it as i think audiences are getting behind those two a fair bit now.

Oh no, I certainly agree that I wouldn't base my opinion on someone from their past straight away. That's certainly not what I'm saying with Helen otherwise I'd have disliked her from the moment she entered.

I hope it's not Jale as she's only just winning them over and so being in power will just undo all of that. (I know it's a secret but BB are bound to tell the housemates at the end of the week although I'd love to be proven wrong as keeping it secret forever makes it a lot more interesting). I voted for Chris anyway.

I voted for Kimberly! There's something about her which intrigues me, so I would love to see how she handled being a secret power housemate. (Not that I think for a moment she'll get it, as she's a bit too under the radar at the moment - I'm guessing Jale will).
