Barring 'Birthday' (which I don't particularly dislike, it's just not single material, imo) that's a very solid run of singles. TIHWD should have been the single in place of 'Birthday' with 'Walking On Air' being released now and closing the era.

'Dark Horse' is excellent, 'Roar' is good but overrated, 'Birthday' is feel-good fun, 'Unconditionally' is alright but I've gone off it considerably, and I was beginning to like this BUT I've realised quite how lazy it is, particularly the bridge, and the chanting near the end is so cringe.

 

Justice for 'Walking on Air'. :(

I have a real soft spot for all of this era's singles, though I enjoyed this one more as an album track and feel it should have been left as so (whereas 'Birthday' being a single helped me appreciate it).

 

Speaking logically though, what they should have done is released 'Walking On Air' 4th and just closed the era there.
