Just watched the show for the first time ever due to Freezergate. It wasn't as dramatic as everyone made it out to be. Having said that, I think I can see what makes the show so watchable.

Iain deserved to go after he behaved horribly. There was no need to throw it in the bin, and the judges ultimately made the right decision. There was time left to try and refreeze it slightly and then just present something to avoid going.
