August 3, 201412 yr It was after, as fans of the Top Of The Pops repeats will recall - the song was danced to by Pan's People in the first episode to be repeated. By the time he was found and arrived in Europe, the song was out of the chart, so he only appeared on TotP as an interview guest- that and the dance sequence that follows are classic TotP oddness (Savile warning though).
