For some reason the instant grats on 'X' (except for the title track) have had all the credited writers made primary artists  , never seen that happen before!

I think This How We Do is going to out-peak Birthday and Unconditionally. Maybe even this week, if it continues to climb at this rate, and with the second version. It's climbed 10 places on iTunes in 24 hours. Not sure if it's doing anything in streaming yet though?

Wasn't keen on "This Is How We Do" at first, but now I'm loving it - I dare say one of my favourites from Perry actually. Hoping that streaming can really benefit it and it hangs around for a bit.

Great seeing Paolo Nutini's "Iron Sky" in the T40 too - again, one of my favourites from the artist!

It didn't jump out on my from the album at all, but it's fast becoming my favourite of the era with Dark Horse. It's a vast improvement on Birthday. I'd be really happy with a top 20 hit.

I'm happy to see Katy Perry picking up a bit with the single, such a good tune.

Also happy for Paolo Nutini making some kind of impact with "Iron Sky".

How many songs in the top 40 are ineligible at the moment?
Great to see Iron Sky going higher each day - hopefully itll be Alisted on radio 1 this week and get a top 40 peak. Prob have to buy the album now !

Animals - Maroon 5 for definite.

Who really knows what's going on with Chris Brown, X and Love More might be too or maybe some of the latters sales knocked off, not sure there which one is the nominated instant grat.

'X' at least is ineligible (disappeared from the mids today despite only climbing on iTunes). Looking like 'Loyal' is the nominated instant grat for whatever reason based on it being top 40 in the mids still, but there's really no way to tell.

Sales from the actual singles of 'Loyal' and the other 3 previous singles should still count towards the chart, not that they're actually selling much any more.

I just want I'm Not The Only One and Black Widow to go Top 10 this week! Think they both will.

 15. Ariana Grande "Break Free"

'Break Free' smashing it again. Keep climbing please.

Taylor is going to be at 2 again soon

Taylor really gaining very quickly now! It's a shame there isn't a quiet week coming up as I think she might have been able to sneak a week at #1, but Duke Dumont, Calvin Harris, Sigma, Jessie J, Meghan Trainor and then Nicki Minaj and Ella Henderson all to come on each release week mean there's no quiet weeks coming up!

Maybe Calvin will struggle with an On Air/On Sale release and allow Taylor a chance but it's unlikely.

6. MAGIC! - Rude 0.3971

7. Iggy/Rita - Black Widow 0.3850

Not long now till they nab 6 :D

Also pleased Taylor's about to take 2 soon as well. Another top 3 peaking single is fab for her even if she is destined never to get a #1 so all is good I think ^_^
