They're a YouTube "comedy group" who release mediocre music presumably because they have fans who buy it. This is their 5th single and they've scraped the UK top 40 once, I doubt this will do much more. Probably as fanbase-lead as M.A.D and such.

Prayer In C being #1 now makes things exciting, but I'm pretty sure it'll be this that makes it.

Iron Sky & Blame it on Me doing well will be great to see them in the top 40 on Sunday. Good to see Hozier edging higher too after a week in the Blist!

Has KONGOS' song only just been released or is there some other reason it's suddenly in the top 40? Good song, was expecting it to take off a bit more in the US and go on to become a big hit worldwide a la Imagine Dragons but not quite sure that's happening now.

 

EDIT: I looked at it and its release date is listed as 21 Sep so it looks like this was a (mistaken?) early release. I say 'early'. The song is of course ancient.

 

:wub: at 'Iron Sky' being very comfortably top 40 (hopefully high enough to challenge for a top 40 entry overall this week?) and 'Take Me To Church' entering it.
