Posted October 29, 201410 yr Taylor Swift's 'Blank Space' has been confirmed in this article as having an impact date of November 10th for Hot AC radio in the US and therefore making it very likely to be the second single! It has already received 20 radio adds in today's update despite the impact date being a couple of weeks away. I think it's a great choice as it shows a different side to Taylor's '1989' album and it has been incredibly successful on iTunes just from the hype of the album release.
October 29, 201410 yr Josep Vinaixa is also reporting that it's the second single and they're extremely reliable so that pretty much confirms it! Not the choice I'd have picked though, at all, so many better ones, not that this is bad at all.
October 29, 201410 yr This would be maybe my 3rd or 4th choice, but the album is so damn amazing that still means I'm very pleased! I agree it's a perfect follow-up to Shake It Off in that it shows another side to 1989 completely. It's so so catchy too, the chorus is such an earworm and the verses are killer. Welcome To New York NEEDS releasing though :(
October 29, 201410 yr There are about 6 other songs on the album I would have chosen as a single over this but I like it all the same.
October 29, 201410 yr This would be my fourth choice after Out of the Woods and Bad Blood. Still an excellent song though and really hope she continues to smash it worldwide with the rest of this era.

November 10, 201410 yr nice video, joseph kahn's videos always have excellent cinematography. the whole premise seemed very lana del rey (national anthem) but just with added humour?
November 10, 201410 yr It is a strong single but the video isn't hitting the right notes for me. I find her quite difficult to like when she's in "comedy" mode.
