The ratings are declining... Surely the producers are hearing all the complaints about the old fashioned themes?

 

Pfft they did Elton John last year!

Normally they only do 2 songs each when there's 5 acts left so big change this year.

 

BUT I really want to see Only The Young sing Something About The Way You Look Tonight as they did in their audition, they've still got nowhere near that so far since.

Oh good God. Only Andrea can even remotely attempt Whitney. Fleur will be ok with Million Dollar Bill or My Love Is Your Love or something like that too. I dread to imagine Ben growling through a Whitney ballad though :/ Lauren, whilst I love her, doesn't have the pipes either.

The thought of sitting through 7 Whitney songs is terrifying tbh, I'm not a huge Whitney fan but don't mind when she sings them but most other people singing them is usually painful.

That song is way too big for Fleur vocally. Like your other suggestions, although I think "Circle of Life" could be a bit strange for Stereo Kicks if Brian goes all out with them for it. Imagine them holding Charlie up whilst singing the song. :lol:

 

For Ben, they could go with "Could I Have This Kiss Forever?". Enrique features prominently so he could just do his vocals, plus the song would be a good one for him to get his top off. :kink: I also think "Bennie & The Jets" could really suit Ben's voice too for the Elton choice.

God we need a modern theme, the more I think about a Rihanna theme the more I think it could be amazing!
