Can't believe Blank Space is only top 5 in the REAL chart... Spotify ruin EVERYTHING for her this time, except the US. Hate it :( She could have earned her first and a well deserved number 1.

Taylor has no one to blame but herself. She chose to pull her songs from Spotify.

Maybe she wouldn't have got iTunes #1 without it? It's possible I think

'Blank Space' is wonderful, could well become one of my favourite tracks from her.

Though i am kick-starting the campaign for 'Wildest Dreams' to be the next single. Now THAT'S worthy of extreme hype

783. Fifth Harmony - Bo$$ [PRE-ORDER]

Was Sledgehammer ever going to make an impact to the chart?

I'm hoping for 'Out Of The Woods' next, but that or 'Style' wouldn't be such bad choices either.

I too can't believe how much I like this new Taylor Swift material, I pretty much despised everything about her before this era (except a couple of guilty pleasure songs).

I've heard rumours that Style is next, which would be fab! I'd go for that or Welcome To New York. Maybe OOTW but I find that a bit overrated although I love it.

What happened to "The Days" by Avici? it's not on iTunes anymore.

Nothing's really been said, but it seems that they've just cancelled it. The way the pre-orders were going it was looking like totally bombing so they'll probably just push a different single or try it again in the new year when it's quiet.

How high did 'Sledgehammer' eventually get/where did it peak? I do think 'Bo$$' will be a bigger hit for them, 'Sledgehammer' seems a bit "safe". In a similar way to how we all expected Rita Ora's 'How We Do' to be a bigger hit than 'R.I.P'.
Blank Space leaves a blank space in the mind imo. *awaits insults*

It couldn't have been said better.

Pretty much all of her songs do so though.

This week's number one is very uncertain in my opinion and anything could happen actually.

Mariah doesn't have to resort to desperate 59p measures though so has the moral highground

It's been 59p every year since 2011 apart from this one tho  #pedanticpartypooper

Yeah right now seems to be exclusive to streaming in the UK, a new ep was made available to streaming services this week

Exactly ~ it always used to be her who got the 59p advantage while The Pogues didn't (and yet they STILL overtook her most years lel).

Cool.

It means that she is highly likely to chart higher than the Pogues through this and future festive seasons.

What d'you think about streaming now? :D

This war between Mariah fans and The Pogues' is very unfestive and ruining the spirit of Christmas to be quite frank. -_- I long for a chart thread where Mariah and Pogues fans come together to celebrate festive music.
