December 28, 201411 yr shame about Flutes missing the top 40 but it doesn't exactly deserve to do well with THAT kind of release strategy. That'll teach 3Beat a lesson. Will be a slightly interesting chart as no midweeks and songs will be climbing, could get a few interesting re-entries. Alesso for top 10 please :cheer:
December 28, 201411 yr Never cared for this song, don't see the appeal -_- hmph You are wrong (oh yeah yeah yeah yeah).

December 28, 201411 yr Eeek at those <10k sales for T10 singles in 2004 - thankful for the download era/gift card effect! Doubt I'll tune in for much of this week's chart as it's all just re-entries and what not, I'm just eager to see the sales and how many Christmas tracks held on.
December 28, 201411 yr 2 awful re-entries :manson: Lol @ Band Aid. At least it scraped the final week of the year!
December 28, 201411 yr Ouch at Band Aid down to 40. It will be interesting to see if Bob will re-do it again for a 40th anniversary in 10 years time.
December 28, 201411 yr not so eager for this week's chart, as it'll basically just be older hits rising/returning, and the only likely new entry is pretty crap sooooo.. Jameela Jamil has announced that there are 3 re-entries and 1 new entry so I expect that there will be a lot of climbers. I know 2 of the re-entries are "Rude" and "Waves". Don't know what the third is Edited December 28, 201411 yr by Hadji

December 28, 201411 yr Presumably the remaining Band Aid physicals were all given away for free then because it doesn't look like anybody's paid for the CD this week (#40 is about where I would expect it based on download sales).
December 28, 201411 yr BTW The BT40 is recorded today as I saw on a paper online Marvin and his Saturdays Missus heading off for holiday, They are doing their Chart of the year.
