February 28, 201510 yr 27. Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds - Ballad of the Mighty I Risen about 10 places since Noely G Graham Norton performance about half an hour ago, hoping it keeps climbing and manages to sneak top 40 this week! Appeared in the mids earlier in the week so you never know. C'mon lads *.*
February 28, 201510 yr Is Lighthouse going to miss the top 40? :( Sadly I think it might miss the Top 75?
February 28, 201510 yr I think Lighthouse will still make the top 40, i'm sure they have a decent-sized fanbase that'll help them out~ as much I think the song is merely 'decent' I hope it doesn't do too badly for them I'd have liked to see 'Fade Out Lines' become a moderate hit but i'm guessing it won't now, at least a week in the top 40 though please!

February 28, 201510 yr 12. Madonna "Living for Love" 18. Ed Sheeran "Bloodstream" 25. Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds "Ballad of the Mighty I" 35. Disciples "They Don't Know" (& #99) 41. Rihanna "Towards the Sun" 44. Calvin Harris "Pray to God (feat. Haim)" Fingers crossed that Disciples can rebound somehow next week, it deserves so much more than just one week in the T40. Airplay should be picking up for Rihanna and Calvin Harris a bit more now too, both need to be T10 hits!
February 28, 201510 yr Pray To God is not performing well at all. I thought it would be a sure-fire hit. Commercial radio aren't really playing it at all.

Will be only his second track to miss the T40 if it doesn't pick up (#43, 2007, "Merrymaking at My Place") or if it does might be his lowest peaking track since 2010's "You Used to Hold Me" (#27). He/the label obviously picked this track for a reason, so I guess we've just got to sit and hope it picks up; one of the best tracks on the album for me.

It's probably my favourite track of his altogether. It's having its first week on the Radio 1 A list from Monday so hopefully that makes a difference. I was expecting it to be Haim's first top 10!
February 28, 201510 yr I can't at Pray To God flopping  I just hope R1 A-listing gives it the boost it needs but top 10 looks unlikely now, may not even go top 20 :(
February 28, 201510 yr Why couldn't pray to god be a number 1 and blame be like a 43 peaking track :( The only Calvin track I have wanted to do well in ages is the only one that flops of course
February 28, 201510 yr 1141. Maverick Sabre - We Don't Wanna Be (feat. Joey Bada$$) Love this song, should be at least 1100 places higher! Seemingly got no hype anymore, what has happened to him?

Both Haim and Calvin are signed to Roc Nation/Columbia, that's why it was picked :arrr:

It's a shame that commercial radio have ignored 'Pray To God'. I don't know what they have against it, it's a great track.
February 28, 201510 yr I've only heard PTG on Radio 1 really so it is very strange especially as it's a billion times preferrable over Outside & Blame :(
February 28, 201510 yr Pray to God I think fell quite a bit from the Brits boost, it was almost top 40 before it I think so it should get top 40 at least which will hopefully raise interest. It better at least be a small hit though, typical that radios lap up generic Calvin and ignore a rare different style from him <_<
February 28, 201510 yr I feel like 'Pray To God' flopping has more to do with general declining interest in Calvin than anything else. I didn't really expect big things from a post-album single from him without a big name attached to shore up hype. The "always top 10" run was always gonna die eventually.
