It's not a "fake version" though. It was someone from youtube who had decided to cover it and mash it up with 'I Want You to Want Me'. No different to the likes of Alexa Goddard charting etc.. imo. Also, are Jason's label allowed to pull/request the song be removed even though it's technically not a direct copy of the song as she has mashed it up with another song? (You know, similar to how people will upload a music video with the picture reversed so it "avoid's copyright") etc...? :unsure:

Comment of the week for me on here regarding 'Bad Blood' :lol: - Although tbf I guess none of us expected it to take off as it has!

Ciara back in the Top 40 once multiple versions of the songs ahead of it are taken away - Amazed at how well this has held up with basically zero radio play and promotion, Bizzare that its stayed in the iTunes Top 40 for 3/4 weeks now yet is doing nothing on streaming.

Actually non of the fake versions are fake versions, but cover versions. We call them fake versions :P

 

She can show how class she is, once the original song is available too :)

 

I'm guessing the label can ask iTunes to remove songs that used parts of the original song as they own the copyright.

Yeah I don't think Andie shared any royalties with the original authors which she should have done, so all is fair.

 

Taylor is at 1 combined now . Top-10 officially straight away looks possible.

What a great achievement for her - Regardless of people are a fan of her or the song the way this whole era has been handled has been epic. Smashing with a 4th single from a huge selling album is something only the likes of Ed, Sam and Adele have managed recently (Sure iv missed someone out but no doubt somebody will be eager to post who ;) ).
