It was written by West, McCartney, Kirby Lauryen, Mike Dean, Ty Dolla Sign, Dave Longstreth, Dallas Austin, Elon Rutberg, and Noah Goldstein. Previewed by West at the iHeartMedia Music Summit on January 21, 2015, it was posted on Rihanna's official website on January 24. The same day was released as the lead single from her upcoming album being made available for digital download via the iTunes Store. "FourFiveSeconds" is a pop song with country and folk music influences and an instrumentation consisting of an acoustic guitar, organ and cello. This is so boring, tedious and dull, Towards The Sun is the only good song she's released this song. Thankfully American Oxygen isn't going to crack the top 40.

This era has been all kinds of flop, even for Rihanna.

This is nowhere near the dizzying heights of the absolute GREATS of Rihanna's discography (namely 'Rehab' and 'Disturbia' :wub:) but I'm coming to really appreciate this now.

Elena Jane "Ellie" Goulding (born 30 December 1986) is an English singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Lyonshall, Herefordshire. Her career began when she met record producer Starsmith and Frankmusik, and she was later spotted by Jamie Lillywhite, who later became her manager and A&R. After signing to Polydor Records in July 2009, Goulding released her debut extended play, An Introduction to Ellie Goulding, later that year.

 

In 2010, she became the second artist to both top the BBC's annual Sound of... poll and win the Critics' Choice Award at the Brit Awards in the same year. Goulding released her debut studio album, Lights, in 2010. The album debuted at number one on the UK Albums Chart and has sold over 850,000 copies in the UK. Her cover of Elton John's "Your Song" reached number two in the UK in December 2010 and on 29 April 2011 she performed the song at the wedding reception of Prince William and Catherine Middleton at Buckingham Palace. :hi: Apols for my late arrival, I was whisked away for lunch by the family. Haven't missed much anyway, got back in time to hear 'Trap Queen' again though *.* Really growing to love that now.

 

Oh no at T-Wayne ending up #41! Ah well, at least he got that play :P Hopefully top 40 next week.
