June 11, 201511 yr Author Not bad for Leona considering the release was put forward 3 weeks just as airplay was just starting to pick up. Hopefully it'll do similarly to "Ship To Wreck". A-listed by BBC Radio 2 for next week and Free radio just picked the song up so that'll help. The only way I can see it doing a 'Ship to Wreck' is if Heart playlist it or she performs on Graham Norton.

Well her radio play is still increasing and she has a performance on the John Bishop show which'll air 27th June. Her last two lead singles only spent 4 weeks in the top 75 (Granted "One More Sleep" is a Christmas single and spent another few weeks in the top 100 last year). Hoping "Fire Under My Feet" will spend a few more weeks in the top 75 than those 2. Would be great if Heart got on board. Considering they only just got on board for "Ship To Wreck" makes it a bit more likely they'll get on board with "Fire Under My Feet" in a couple weeks time or so. June 11, 201511 yr I think the reason Heart got on board with STW is because it was already doing well. They aren't going to get on board with a song seeing it tank down the chart. STW peaked because of a combination of Radio 1 (which Leona won't get) and Graham Norton's boost (incomparable to the boost John Bishop might have - GN has a big effect on iTunes) . Graham Norton's season's line up is complete now - no Leona. It won't rise in the chart unless Radio 2's A listing has a massive effect, but that usually just keeps songs afloat at the bottom of the top 100. I think as long as R2 support the next single, that leads into the album, the album could do some decent numbers. Edited June 11, 201511 yr by Joe.

June 12, 201511 yr Leona could just miss the top 40 by sunday. That would be a shame! Reckon streaming from today and Saturday will easily push her down to #45-55 now sadly, I'd be surprised if she 'just' missed out. Same will probably happen to Rudimental and DJ Fresh too, with Disclosure also recently missing out this is becoming difficult to watch!
