I remember the floods whilst Umbrella was #1, I was on a school trip at the time and everybody was singing it on the bus - it got old pretty quickly, but definitely a classic :lol:

This spent 10 weeks at number one and yet isn't either the best seller of its year or a million-seller, or one of the three best-selling hits of its artist. Good timing I would say.
Prevented Michael Jackson's posthumous #1 :P (which would also have been 'officially' the 1,000th #1 - though that double counts several songs anyway).

I do believe it was the British public who did that - unless Cascada downloaded thousands of copies themselves.

It wasn't good timing at all, just the low sales climate of 2007 :P Leona is #1 here because she sold massively in those few weeks.

Bleeding Love- the song that got me into music :wub:

This is still one of my 15 favourite songs ever and is such a beautiful masterpiece :wub: :wub: I would watch the video and listen to the song about 50 times a day between September-December and then I started watching the music channels to see if there is anything else I liked as much as this and that's how I got into music :wub:

Also really looking forward to 2008, my favourite year in music ever :wub:

Cascada did it by stubbornly continuing to exist.

I bloody love Bleeding Love.

Anyway, my turn for hosting next!

You can have hits after you stop existing, you know...a bit like Michael Jackson. :lol:

20. Rihanna - Take A Bow

Chart Run: 2-{1}-{1}-2-2-3-5-8-9-11-9-14-18-22-24-29-32-45-43-53-63-72-74R(10)->28

Rule the World and About You Know - both career peeks for me. Valerie is wondeful. Bleeding Love is terrible.

These are all merely my opinions.

19. Kid Rock - All Summer Long

Chart Run: 46-6-3-2-{1}-2-2-3-6-7-9-13-18-23-27-40-45-58-71-70-58-71-72R(4)->28

Kid Rock *_* 'All Summer Long', a summer anthem for me and probably no one else here :lol: I'm genuinely amazed and how big it was in the UK, doesn't sound like something that'd be a hit outside the US! (Edit: Ultra my hero :wub:)

And with that, I think I'm off to bed, back later for the official chart!
