Looks like I've made the topic about missing sales in the official charts on time then!

 

Seems like it's all about Spotify, and given that David Zowie is much higher there than Years & Years. If they don't include the data at all, Years & Years should be #1. If they extrapolate the data where David Zowie is 13 and Years & Years are 36 (see the latest Spotify update) it will still be incorrect, as both should climb but no one knows how high.

Tbh I'd rather cancel today's Radio 1 show and delay it until the previous Sunday Chart slot if they have LOADS of incorrect/missing data.

 

Because the worst thing could happen is if there is a #1 revealed with missing data and then all the data is and there is another #1.

Avicii for an official top 10 place this week. Example is hard to call at this particular time,he has most certainly passed his peak and no longer is guaranteed a hit,his popularity to me seemed very short lived in comparison to acts such as Avicii and David Guetta.

but there is talks of lots of streaming data and even a deal of sales data missing from the start of the week - which is causing some controversy - more than ever before with these situations it seems. I'd also rather they postponed the chart until we have all the data.

Oh wow, a very swift rise to the top for Little Mix! While I'm happy for them as I usually like their stuff, I'm unfortunately not getting into 'Black Magic' at all. :(

 

A massive shame to see 'Chains' not smashing into the top 40 as it's a fantastic follow-up to 'Jealous'. On the other hand, it's pleasing to see Tinashe a bit higher than expected, hopefully she continues to rise!

 

Oh dear at all the missing data kerfuffle! I suppose it was too good to be true to ask for a totally seamless transition, hopefully they have it all sorted in time.
