The verses remind me of 'Time To Pretend', definitely not a bad thing. Easily my favourite thing they've done to date!

Is it just me who thinks this sounds a lot like Echo by Girls Can't Catch in the production?

This is fantastic, LOVE this shift in sound for them and they're not just sticking with that whole acoustic guitar sound that was a bit limited. This sounds a lot more anthemic and mature whilst remaining very Vamps. The chorus is probably weaker than the verses and it ends too soon are my only complaints but I'm very happy and know I'll be playing this so much.

LOVING this  Already a hell of a lot better than 'Oh Cecilia' in terms of singles, and it's got room to grow too!

So not a Hilary Duff cover then :(

This is actually pretty fab, never taken much notice of them before. Ooer.

Here's the video:

Hmm... There's something about it that could get me hooked in a few more listens  but at the moment I prefer most of their other singles.

Really loving this, took a couple of listens but it's finally clicked
LOVE that video, just what the song needed I think, I really hope it gives it a leg back up on iTunes :drama:

That was my exact though as well! When I started listening to my playlist the other day, I was trying to figure out why I had re-added Echo to my playlist and then I realised it was the new vamps song

Anyway really liking this, probably my 2nd/3rd favourite song by them

David Beckam's son is really trying to make himself happen isn't he? :kink:

Saw a preview of the video on the Lottery on Saturday and it looked amazing, but the whole thing is great!

Well he is like 15 and already trying to get into clubs in America, try waiting six years mate. He is really trying to live off the Beckham name, it also looks like he is trying to get into the celeb circle by being Victoria Beckham's son rather than David's.

I see what this song is trying to be in terms of being very anthemic, but I feel it falls short of being anthemic. I don't know if the production is the issue, but altogether it comes across as slightly bland. That said, the video is fantastic and is perfect for the anthemic vibe of this single, it's just a shame the song isn't quite there.

I'd probably rank it in the middle of their singles, Somebody To You of course being by far the best - even the solo version would be, not just because of Demi!

Didn't even realise Brooklyn was in the video till I saw it again on 4Music tonight!

(says it quietly) This song is actually alright, isn't it? More so than some of their other singles before it.

I actually really like this! Their next best after 'Somebody To You' for me (everything else though... no thanks). I can hear the GCC comparisons and that's not particularly a bad thing at all.

My only qualm with it is, I find the chorus oddly too long? And sometimes (although catchy - which is what a chorus should be) it feels like it plods along, that little bit too much.

Sadly this is looking to miss the top 10 on Friday, might just make the top 15 :( Such a shame for a fantastic song but when you consider that the likes of Little Mix and Rita Ora couldn't make the top 20 with an OA/OS release, this is quite impressive for The Vamps especially without Radio 1 playlisting in week 1!
