Johnson is fully vaccinated (or so we are told). Under the current rules, he doesn't need to self-isolate.

Odd indeed, unless he's actually got it why is he isolating?

Probably to show he is now going above and beyond - as our fearless leader :puke2:

Also means he can dodge any further questions/ criticism (which is the main reason)

He must be furious that he didn't have this excuse 24 hours earlier.

True - although the appearance was to just appease the backbenchers and try to deal with a growing revolt. He's managed to do that (for now) - so he can just lay low whilst he and Sue Grey can get on with sorting out the report :melb:

So this explains why the UK has had such a lacklustre approach to covid. The literal gov was too busy literally partying away while people died preventable deaths.

And the met won’t investigate as if this isn’t manslaughter 🙃

Must have known this was coming, hence the self isolation call - it's bad when the Telegraph turns on him.

Nope, The Met has today said it won't investigate cases retrospectively albeit No.10 or anywhere else. Also nobody who was fined for having a party around then will be re-imbursed and rightly so I say.

They broke the law.

I bet we still haven’t heard the worst.

Maybe not but better to get all this out now and then buried before the next election.

You cannot be this f***ing thick, surely?? If thr Met refuse to investigate CASES RETROSPECTIVELY, THAT MEANS WE. CAN. ALL. f***ING. BREAK. THE. LSW. AT WILL. Unless caught in the act, it's all okay, according to this corrupt servile Tory police force!!!

Part of fascism is a government that is above the law. We now have that. We also have the police as a personal tool of the corrupt, despotic regime. Ufff. How far the UK has fallen.

Ans you just admitted it yourself: they broke the law. Troll, oe just painfully stupid?

I mean those who were visited and fined by police for having gatherings broke the law. I don't know about No.10 as I wasn't there. Were you?

Johnson has admitted being at a party at a time when no more than two people from different households could meet outside. He broke the law.

I wouldn’t bother - just feeding a troll

I bet we still haven’t heard the worst.

Some "rumours" going circulating that the biggest scoops are coming in the Sunday papers.

It makes sense. Cummings or whoever is orchestrating this has clearly carefully planned the drip feed timing of each bombshell to cause maximum and sustained damage.

This rather damages Sunak too as he must have known about the goings on but it is ultimately the PMs responsibility to have stopped these partres. Plus all the juicy stuff which is coming...
