Biography

Fifth Harmony is an American girl group formed on the second season of the X Factor USA. The group consists of members Ally Brooke Hernandez, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane Hansen, Camila Cabello, and Lauren Jauregui. They signed a joint deal with Syco Music, owned by Simon Cowell, and Epic Records, L.A. Reid's record label, after finishing in third place behind Tate Stevens and Carly Rose Sonenclar on the show.

Following their exit from The X Factor, their debut single "Miss Movin' On" was released and peaked at number 76 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and was certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for selling over 500,000 digital downloads. Their debut EP, Better Together was released in 2013 with a first week position of number six on the US Billboard 200. Fifth Harmony won MTV's Artist To Watch award at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards.

Following the release of singles, "BO$$" (2014) and "Sledgehammer" (2014), both of which were certified Platinum by the RIAA for selling over 1,000,000 digital downloads, their debut studio album, Reflection was released in February 2015. The album debuted at number five on the Billboard 200, with 80,000 units sold in the first week. The album was also supported by the group's first major headlining tour, the Reflection Tour.

The Reflection Tour started on February 27, 2015, in San Francisco. Jasmine V, Jacob Whitesides and Mahogany Lox were the opening acts. When it ended on March 27, 2015, in Philadelphia, a second leg was announced for July 15 through September 15, and will feature Bea Miller, Debby Ryan, and Natalie La Rose as opening acts. [6] The first leg of the tour grossed over $1.1 million alone, making it the group's highest grossing tour yet.

On June 3, 2015, "Worth It" featuring American rapper Kid Ink (the third single from Reflection) was certified Platinum by the RIAA for selling 1,000,000 copies in the United States. 'Worth It' also became the group's first Top 15 hit , after peaking at number 14 on Billboard Hot 100. With 3.5 million singles sold in the United States alone, from their EP, Better Together, and their debut studio album, Reflection, Fifth Harmony has emerged as one of the most successful alumni from the X Factor US franchise and have also been labeled the most influential contestant to come from the series. - Wikipedia

Wasn't Will Young's single released this week? I didn't see it in the top 100 in the mids!

It's already out via the album but yes, this week was the impact week. It was top 100 on iTunes for a bit but streaming was always gonna push it out.

Biography

English singer/pianist Jasmine van den Bogaerde, who goes by the stage name "Birdy," was born in 1996 in Lymington, Hampshire. Precocious from the very start, Bogaerde began composing her own songs at the age of seven, and by 12 had secured the top spot (out of 10,000 competitors) at 2008's Open Mic UK, a popular live music competition that rewards the winner with a recording contract. In January of 2011, she released her first single, a cover of American indie rock outfit Bon Iver's "Skinny Love," which peaked at number 17 on the U.K. pop charts. Her eponymous full-length debut, released through Atlantic Records, arrived later that November. The record was a huge success, particularly in Australia, Belgium, Holland and France, where it shot straight to number one in the chart, while it also reached the UK Top 20. The collection of stripped back arrangements was mostly compiled of indie artists, including The Postal Service and Fleet Foxes, whose songs were overhauled by Bogaerde's haunting voice and sparse production. The follow-up to her debut presented a new phase in Bogaerde's development as her sophomore album Fire Within displayed her own songwriting talent with 11 original tracks. The album was written with help from collaborators such as Ryan Tedder (Beyoncé, Leona Lewis), Dan Wilson (Adele, Taylor Swift) and Mumford & Sons pianist Ben Lovett and was slated for release in 2013. ~ James Christopher Monger & Scott Kerr, Rovi / iTunes

So close to a full play for Disclosure! (Continuing to be a flop fan and not heard it yet ) Ooops for Aston Merrygold too though his song is NOT GREAT so no big loss. At least Foxes got a full play but #25 is shockingly low for 'Body Talk' :(
