That really is typical Arsenal :lol: wouldn't bet against them getting through now even if they lose away at Bayern.

They'll have to beat Dinamo Zagreb and Olympiakos still though.

Massive win for Arsenal. If they can get a point at Bayern, then they give themselves a massive chance. Even a defeat wouldn't be the end of the world.

Great win for Arsenal, hopefully they do the same again playing away, it will be tough though, a draw will probably do it.

In other news, Chelsea still have a decent chance of topping their group now their two hardest games are out of the way.

^^The guy in the video was obviously taking the piss. When you beat a team like Bayern Munich, I can excuse fans for going slightly OTT! Bayern Munich were not great, they can play a lot better. For all of the ball they had, they made little effort to score. Pep's too arrogant sometimes, committing so many players forward is silly.

A 1-1 draw is a good result for Man United, especially coming from behind. We should be able to beat CSKA in the rematch at Old Trafford and also PSV at home to pick up at least 10 points which is normally enough to get you through to the knockout stages.

 

If Sevilla finish third in Man City's group then they will have the chance to win the Europa League for the 3rd year in a row which has never been done before.

Man Utd at home to CSKA Moscow tonight, we should get all 3 points but at the very least we should score in this match. 3 nil-nil draws in a row is not good enough especially Saturday's match against Crystal Palace, that was one of the most boring matches that I've seen in a long while. If Martial was playing in Rooney's position then i'm sure we would have won against City & Palace.

I don't think it's that simple. In saying that LVGs teams normally just click at random moments and go on long winning runs (like last season in March/April)!

 

I'd say yous will win tonight in fact might out some money on it.

Such a crucial result that. Wouldn't be the first to admit we probably don't deserve to be leading the group but that's the way it goes sometimes in such a tight group. Home win against Eindhoven should do the job nicely :)

 

With City winning as well looks like two English teams looking good for last 16, definitely can't say the same for the London clubs however.

That miss was atrocious though, glad he scored for his sake, otherwise there would be a lot of good Vines/Tweets tonight (there still will be.. just not as good!).

I think we have the 4th spot at least for this season unless an Italian team wins either the Champions or Europa League (not sure on that though), though of course it is getting a little uncomfortable - Juve reaching the final last Season gave them massive UEFA ranking points.

They generally do better in the Europa as well.

Fecking United getting such a late winner!!

I saw the City game tonight. A great performance from them in the first half. The second half wasn't as good, but still an impressive win for them.

For a long time it was looking like Man Utd were going to be goalless for the 4th match in a row but thankfully Wayne Rooney popped up with the header to win the match. There was some terrific goalkeeping from De Gea and a heroic block from Smalling just before the attack that led to the Manchester United goal. We should qualify with at least a win out of the remaining two matches.

 

Sevilla will surely get the chance to make history in the Europa League this season now that Man City have qualified and Juventus look likely to take the 2nd qualifying spot.
