 249. Hailee Steinfeld - Love Myself

This is hanging around nicely, and has climbed 150 places since yesterday thanks to the video presumably. It'd be lovely if UK radio started supporting this!

Haven't been keeping an eye on Galantis' iTunes progress, but considering it was stalling outside the Top 40 in chart updates, I was surprised to see it had finally hit the Top 10 on iTunes! I'm guessing airplay has well and truly kicked in now, which is very pleasing because 'Peanut Butter Jelly' is uber joyous.

Is "Body on me" supposed to be the single launching the new album?

I know there're still the video and lots of promo to come, but will it be a hit?

It's an OA/OS release so Airplay needs to properly kick in first, then we can judge whether it's a hit or not

Ugh since when was 'Peanut Butter Jelly' even near the top 10. Hope Disclosure can get back in the top 10 when 5SOS drop out.

Charlie Puth now pushed back to 0.7968. 'Marvin Gaye' doesn't seem to be smashing too much on streaming yet (only #19 on the streaming chart last week with Jess Glynne at #55), if Jess can maintain this sort of lead all week I think she actually could have a chance at #1 now!

Jess Glynne's debut album is pretty much a greatest hits *.*

Wow at Galantis too <3

I had no idea Galantis had gotten that high when it was outside the top 40 just a few days ago?! :o Great to see, deserves to be at least as big as Runaway was.

I thought we would have to put up with that Charlie Puth thing at number 1 for ages, pleased to see that may not happen! (Jess getting just that bit closer to Cheryl's record *.)

Still in green, let's hope it can keep pulling away.

Very much agree. This doesn't sound quite like a #1 for me (not in comparison to 'Hold My Hand' at least) but it's a very good song and certainly preferable to 'Marvin Gaye' spending weeks at #1.

I can still see Marvin Gaye staying at #1, I don't think Jess will have enough streams. Should be a sales #1 regardless though.
CAN JESS PLEASE STOP.

Calvin Harris has strong streaming so he might stop her from topping the chart
