I told you that Sorry was going to be number 1 next week. He's catching up on iTunes as well.

If someone played Justin's album on Spotify, does that also count towards Sorry's streams? If so, he's guaranteed to be number 1 next week as long as he maintains his iTunes position.

Bizarre that Hello is dominating Spotify in most other countries but not the UK, her home.

Yes, it does. People will also cherry pick it on iTunes, so I think #1 is going to look very likely for a week.

Next week is going to be so interesting. What are the chances that Adele returns to #1 the week after if Justin does get it? Haha.

Go Bieber! I've always had a gut feeling that Adele wouldn't be at the top right until X Factor, no matter how much of a presumed certainty it's supposed to be.

Sure Hello will probably return to the top after its first stint at No.1 finishes but I expect something will interrupt it, even if briefly, before then.

I'd say 100%. Adele has her show and the album coming out. I'd say not only will she return to number 1 but she'll return to number 1 once again with huge sales. (that is if Justin knocks her off)

I've always thought that it was ridiculous to suggest that Adele would be number 1 for that long. Especially with her album coming out in less than 9 days and with her massive sales in the first week.

I think people were erring on the side of generosity when it comes to Hello/Adele because we know that it's difficult to predict how much she will sell and she often exceeds expectations.
Do we know what streams totals are daily for other streaming sites like Apple Music?

sad to see Adele off #1 so quickly :( she's still got a good lead over Bieber on iTunes though so hopefully she can hang on to #1 officially next week even with the Bieber album effect.

WSTRN coming for the top 10 :cheer:

If the success of the instant grats are anything to go by the spotify chart is going to be completely dominated by Bieber and 1D next week, particularly Bieber.

Great news that! Lean On is without a doubt the best song of 2015.
