Will you be following your local club throughout the early rounds. I'll be following Worcester City.
October 27, 20159 yr My nearest club (Bournemouth Poppies) were knocked out ages ago  The next nearest doesn't enter until January. My guesses for live coverage (two on BT, one on BBC) - Didcot (the lowest-ranked side left) v Exeter Salford (owned by some of MU's class of '92, in Round 1 for the first time) v Notts County (founder members of the league) Maidstone v Yeovil (good chance of an upset)
October 28, 20159 yr I guess I don't really have to worry about Exeter getting through this round then. (unless of course, me saying that does them in)
October 28, 20159 yr Author Yes, Suedehead2 just the one match the BBC are showing which will be Salford City v Notts Country on Friday 6th November from 19:30 on BBC2.
October 28, 20159 yr BT are showing Didcot v Exeter and FC United v Chesterfield, so I got two out of three.
October 28, 20159 yr The FA Cup just like the Capitol One Cup is hard to predict. Anything can happen but it usually boils down to 3 teams: Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester City. I really hope Manchester United can win it this season, it's been far too long since they last won it!
October 28, 20159 yr It's always nice when one of the minnow teams gets shown on TV, it's a big financial boost for grassroots teams and a great sense of pride for those playing. It's a pity the non-league team that I part-own, Lewes F.C, didn't make the 1st round proper, but hopefully next year will be their year.

November 6, 20159 yr Author Anyone watching the Salford v Notts Country game at the moment? Salford playing quite well so far.
November 6, 20159 yr Anyone watching the Salford v Notts Country game at the moment? Salford playing quite well so far. Salford have looked very good. And now they've just made it 2-0!
November 6, 20159 yr Very good performance from Salford, they dominated the match from start to finish and deserved the victory. That goal line clearance from Howson was in particularly very good as was their 2nd goal. I hope Salford can get to the 3rd round at least and get a home draw against one of the top teams in the Premier League. A Salford vs Manchester United or Manchester City match would be fantastic for them and generate a lot of revenue and local interest.
November 8, 20159 yr Author Great performance from Chesham against Bristol Rovers. They were 76 places below them in the various leagues. First time they've got through to the second round since 1980.
December 3, 20159 yr Author This Weekend's Televised Matches: Friday: Salford City v Hartlepool United BBC2 Sunday: Rochdale v Bury BT Sport Monday: Grimsby Town v Shrewsbury Town BT Sport
December 3, 20159 yr Is there not another team that the BBC could have picked other than Salford City, who they showed in round 1.
December 3, 20159 yr Is there not another team that the BBC could have picked other than Salford City, who they showed in round 1. I think they made the right choice, just like Warrington last year. Why have people watch, get into the underdog story of a team then never show them again? People can follow their story however long it lasts this way. :cheer:
December 4, 20159 yr I think Salford v Hartlepool was a fairly obvious choice. If the BBC hadn't picked it, then BT would have done.
December 4, 20159 yr I really hope Salford will win tonight, I think they have a very good chance to do so as well.
December 7, 20159 yr Author Eastleigh the only non-league team certain of a place in the third round draw.
