Plus Eyes Shut was released on one of their earlier EPs as well.

 

Also I think it was one of the Instant Grats you could download before Communion was released.

 

However it is holding up well, just 29 places lower than it should be :D

 

I'm guessing they're focusing on album sales rather than peddling Eyes Shut for 59p/99p sales

Brandon Flowers not having a big hit this era is just stupid IMO.

 

The first release did okay albeit peaking at 44 or something in the chart it did generate decent sales - must have sold over 100k?

I think of all their singles Eyes Shut and Shine fit the Strictly audience more than King. Very odd.

 

Eyes Shut has sold just under 100k already despite not going top 40.

Is there a reason why iTunes have stopped putting the new songs that are now 59p on their homepage?

Eyes Shut wasn't last week and I'm sure Charlie Puth- One Call Away and Robin Schulz- Sugar aren't advertised as 59p in the 59p section but both tracks are 59p!

Maybe it's so busy they have no room for them on the homepage!

I've noticed that. The batch is really uninteresting and lazy lately. 59p doesn't have a big effect unless the song is featured in the batch usually.

 

Maybe it's so busy they have no room for them on the homepage!

 

The batch is still featured though - it's just the songs inside are really uninspired, and they rarely bother using any new songs that are 59p.

Amazing to see One Last Time in the top 10. My second favourite song from her after Break Free I think. Shame about Focus though :(
