Coldplay always seem to bloom late with their lead singles. I don't think much of the song personally but the album's strong, lots of anthemic options for future singles.

I know, it makes me sad that streaming (or rather its lack of streaming) is just going to kill its chances of scraping a top 40 place :cry:

 

I think they were hoping Radio 1 would playlist it before release but it deserves better and maybe if they add it later this month it could climb in the new year......

Coldplay normally have a bigger impact with the second single (i.e. Paradise, A Sky Full Of Stars, Viva La Vida), so hope that continues with this era, but in the meantime it's good to see them holding up well with 'Adventure Of A Lifetime. :)
