Royal Variety is tonight. They were one of the highlights according to people who went to the recording. Im excited. I dont think it'll benefit them too much, but I can see it selling their album!

Commercial airplay for it has rocketed over the last week. Capital moved it up to their Superhits list as they ended up doing both nights of the Ball and Heart have taken nicely to the Christmas Mix. It's a shame all this couldn't have been going on while it was higher on iTunes/Radio 1 were still playing it regularly. But at least it's been very stable, I can see it possibly staying in the top 40 until the new year :cheer: .

 

I have no idea what kind of boost to expect from RV tonight,it's probably way too late for any kind of major boost, but didn't that help 1D go top 10 with Night Changes last year?

I don't think RV gives much of a boost to songs normally - but it does tend to boost album sales from what I've seen over the last few years.

It does give boosts to songs, I know it's the main reason that 1D's Night Changes climbed into the top 10 last year for example.

So good to see 'When I Was A Boy' in the top 70 on iTunes. Such a beautiful song. Also, great to see RVP benefiting Brandon the most <3 (Despite 'I Can Change' being my least fave - but if it sells the album I don't care)

No surprise Brandon's song benefitting most as people would be most unfamiliar with it!
