Bieber playing reverse psychology lol. If he loses no. 1: "Justin Bieber decides to forfeit his number 1 lead in aid of charity" etc. ....... even though NHS would have taken it anyways since the gap has closed significantly. But now if they are "suddenly" and "unexpectedly" number 1 in tomorrow's update many media outlets will be attributing it to his support. Nice calculated PR move there :D

I'm so happy! Won over 200 quid cashing out on Bieber and about to win 150 by putting some on nhs yesterday morning at 11/4. They have got it now!!

That's a really respectable thing for Justin to say, good on him. Even if I'd much prefer his song at #1 ignoring the charity aspect :P

Can you imagine how bad that would look on him though? It's a good move image wise to do this, it's not as if it'll harm him sales wise and his team will be rolling in it for a long time to come.

Why would he really care about being #1 this week anyway? :P He's had three weeks with Love Yourself already, plus seven weeks across the two other singles. Plus it's quite clearly going back to #1 after this week.

Seriously, do you think Bieber is the sort of person who sits there constantly refreshing Kworb like some of us do? I doubt he even keeps track of his UK chart positions, like he said in his tweet he "heard it was close", which indicates he heard it from his management and thus was told to tweet it as PR move.

His manager tweeted him telling him he should do that. Clever pr move.
