Well this is bad news for those of us with bets on Bieber, the NHS choir are on chris Evans breakfast show all morning, and he is backing them for no1. Which could go absolutely huge for them. Now I'm nervous, and tempted to put a bet on the NHS to recoup some of the money I'll lose if bieber doesn't get it.

I'm guessing they might go back to #1 on iTunes but I'm guessing Bieber this morning will have around a 7,000 - 8,000 lead which should hopefully be impossible for NHS to overcome. 'Love Yourself' currently has 463,000+ streams while NHS thankfully have less than 20,000.

No offence to anyone... But I wish it could help but I don't see it happening.

I don't know what I prefer at #1 no offence both tracks are awful, if I had to pick one of the two acts to bet on, I would go for Justin Bieber to keep that constant run at the top, otherwise the following week Justin Bieber will return to #1.
As expected- this particular battle was over as soon as the initial lead for NHS choir was announced. :P
At least this year it's a bit more exciting waiting to see who will have the all important Christmas number one single. I don't like Bieber and don't get his popularity at all. The NHS song isn't great but I'd prefer them to be number one for Christmas. I presume this is a charity song?

Why do you have such a big obsession with continuous runs at #1?

Surprised Louisa is climbing (from last week). Physicals must be helping her a little this week as it seems to be tracking a lot lower on downloads and is barely registering on streams.

Surely there must be data missing still?

Justin's combined sales and streams seem low at 37,000.

It just looks untidy... my OCD kicks in :(

You are correct - with the exception of Adele the public has been buying utter trash this year.

I've never been less interested in the christmas week chart, both of the contenders are absolutely abysmal. I think I'd even have preferred the Louisa track to get there. :/
