Welcome to Round 16 of Least Fave Disney Animated Classic, and we are now at the half way point, 16 rounds in and 16 rounds to go and our latest casualty is none other than "Dumbo" which received 8 votes and has had a pretty good run throughout with no votes in 6 rounds and no more than 3 up until the last round. But honestly I think that it was the right time for it go. This was Disney's 4th animated feature and it was made to recoup the financial losses of their previous movie "Fantasia" and running at only 64 minutes this was also one of Disney's shortest movies. But still to this day it remains one of the most well known Disney animated features and even won an Oscar for Best Scoring of a Musical Picture. There is also a live action remake in the works and is gonna be directed by Tim Burton.

As for the other results, "Robin Hood" received the 2nd highest amount with 5 votes. "The Hunchback Of Notre Dame" received 4 votes, while "Frozen" receives 3 votes, it's most since round 7. "Alice In Wonderland" and "Tangled" both got 2 votes. While for the first time ever "Snow White" and "Sleeping Beauty" both gets a vote each, leaving "The Little Mermaid" being the only one left to not receive a single vote in any round so far. "Bambi", "Peter Pan" and "Mulan" also gets 1 vote each also.

I've always liked this movie, it's short but effective and a lot happens during it's short run time and despite it's non existent budget, the animation is still as always up to standard of all their other great features. "The Pink Elephants On Parade" is an definite highlight of this movie and what I also love about this is that it's really inspiring and utterly heartbreaking at the same time. Despite the fact that Dumbo never talks, makes you feel more emotion and he says everything that he's going through with just his eyes and the friendship he develops with the mouse is really heartwarming, while his relationship with his mother is also fantastic, at how she stands by him no matter what and gets wrongfully punished for defending him. But it all works out for the best in the end, like when he files, which is truly amazing and he's really someone to root for the entire time.

Right then there are just 18 left and same rules apply, just vote for your least fave by the next round which will be on December 26th

Dumbo is literally a perfect film character and structure-wise and one of their very best overall, brings a tear to my eye. 19th just isn't high enough :(

Can Robin Hood leave now plz

How is Robin Hood this high?! Especially after already losing "Dumbo", "The Aristocats" and "The Fox and the Hound"...

Poor Dumbo!

Voted Robin Hood AGAIN. How is it so high?

Oh myyyy! 'Dumbo' and 'Robin Hood' leaving one after the other so soon, is not good!
