I think all these weird Thursday afternoon releases have something to do with the Australian releases, as it's now Friday there already. The Sia instant grats were all released Thursday afternoon too.

I might be wrong though but I can't think of anything else.

 

It was released at midnight though, not in the afternoon

Jason Derulo "Get Ugly" to #16. Should make its way into the top 10 on iTunes - possibly a future top 5 hit as it isn't top 40 in airplay yet and has mainly risen due to video play (#16 in the TV airplay chart). :D

Most of the support for "Darlin'" has come from Radio 1Xtra, it's on their A list! But yeah Radio 1 haven't really played it outside of those TOTD spins last month
