This has happened to me from time to time and is always a *.* moment. Usually in clothes shops that have blogpop playlists, like H&M.

But I just phoned a Belgium-based company for a story I'm writing at work and Kadebostany's Castle In The Snow was playing on the office radio in the background :o

Not really answering the thread question but I sometimes hear a remix of an entry on YouTube to channels I subscribe to which I don't expect! Can't think of any entries I've heard in a shop or radio that haven't ended up being chart hits yet though but there may well have been
4 Walls was playing in H&M the other day! :o they then followed it by playing one of my potentials which was weird!

on the toilet?

Yes, though, I heard the fab Hero (Family Of The Year) in a burger bar outside the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona. It suited the majesty of the Sagrada (google it! It'll prob be finshed by the time the average BJ member is middle aged) more than the mundanity of the burgers..

It's on their playlist (Girls' Generation's Mr. Mr. was also on their playlist before too).

I've heard Lucas Nord's Run On Love and Sophia Del Carmen's Lipstick being played at my gym a year ago whilst working out which surprised me.

Just before Christmas, actually Xmas Eve I think, I heard my last entry, Home Chelsea Lankes in H and M :o :o

I had Ghost Beach feat. Noosa - close enough in Westfield H&M once! Although I'm sure it's happened more times!

I'm tempted to just stand in H&M for a while to source potentials from now on tbh.

*.* Will have a listen, wish Debenhams had had a more bearable playlist when I worked there.
Come to think of it I remember hearing the first few seconds of Tropic Love play as an intro to one of my brother's gaming YouTuber's channels

Clearly your gym is a big Hendinia fan 💁🏼

Ok, 'radio' is not an unexpected place, but hearing A-WA's Habib Galbi once was quite special

I did just hear Persephonia's "Gabriel" by Joe Goddard on the car radio in Grand Theft Auto..

I'll add to the H&M list, at least one Daehun entry (or maybe "I Love You" by 2NE1, or maybe both) and then around Christmas 2014 I was in H&M in Spain and heard something..don't recall what exactly but I remember thinking 'this is really good, this could be ok for BJSC' and then I looked up some lyrics and it had already achieved a good result :') I'm thinking for D'yermak'er, or possibly Syndare..

Well, H&M seems to be something of a curse to me.

I confirmed Pyramids and heard that in H&M, the next day it was vetoed.

I confirmed Dancing In Glass and heard that in H&M, the next day it was vetoed.

laura welsh 'ghosts'?

Wet's 'Deadwater' was playing in the pub in Northampton me and Jade were at on Saturday ;o

Also I've heard some semi obscure BJSC entries being played by hallmates at uni, such as Zara Larsson's 'Uncover' and the Danaelanda DNQ 'Seve' by Tez Cadey! Also Mura Masa's 'Lotus Eater' which was a potential for me last year.
