So annoyed! I was on the verge of tears and it went blank, then I rewatched on iPlayer but it didn't move me at all.
Steve McFadden is such an underrated actor he broke my heart at the end. Why he's not nominated and winning more awards i'll never understand.

That ending was actually more emotional for me than Tuesday's.
Katy Harris in Corrie is one! I think it was 2005, but I know she killed her dad in a rage by hitting him with a spanner because she was seeing the much older Martin Platt wouldn't allow it, she didn't mean to kill him and her mother took the blame but Katy was so plagued by guilt so she wrote a note, killed herself and her mother got out of prison. There was also one in Hollyoaks before my time but I've heard about it, I think he was abusive towards his girlfriend and committed suicide from the guilt soon after.

Stella in Eastenders did too really, I know it was a bit unclear but they did conclude it as suicide I think rather than Phil pushing her. I think Kevin Webster's second wife Alison in Corrie too, she walked in front of a lorry after her baby died, I think she took Bethany Platt when she was born just after Alison's son, when Alison gave her back she walked in front of a lorry. But the latter two could be argued at spur of the moment things by people were mentally ill, off the top of my head Katy and the Hollyoaks one are the only "proper" ones I can think of that wasn't assisted suicide like Ethel in Eastenders or Hayley in Corrie.

The Hollyoaks one, I believe was Lewis Richardson in 2001 where he took an overdose of paracetamol after beating his girlfriend Ruth when she told him that he was like his father.

I'd actually have preferred her to have died in her sleep tbh. The suicide thing seemed out of character.

Hmm I think the sucide was in character in a way like she is always one who takes control of her life but at the same time she is a fighter at the same time. What also was out of character was leading up to it the way she was dressed at the Vic you would think Peggy Blooming Mitchell would want to look glamourous on the day she dies. And like I mentioned before no interaction with Kathy, Ben, Ronnie or Billy on the day she died seems so out of character considering she was always a family woman.

Please tell me my TV wasn't the only one to go blank during the last 30 seconds! Ruined what was a really emotional scene at the end!

Mine went as well so annoying went from being a really emotional scene and tugging at the heart strings to pure annoyance

That ending :o

Shirtless Andy and Martin *.*

Great acting form Steve yet again and how lovely was Dot today

ugh... that was brutal :snif: 2 funerals and a wedding.

The secret ingredient to the wedding cake? ............ blood!

Am I the only person who finds Belinda attractive?

First Steven Beale now Bobby Beale.

Psycho kid Bobby. Is he the most evil child in EastEnders history?

I believe he was jokily seen as a person who could have killed Archie Mitchell by Laurie if I'm not mistaken?
