Thank god for Adele otherwise we'd have a 5k selling #1 leading the way at the moment. Was hoping that Jeff Buckley would be comfortably Top 10 in the first update :nocheer:

Some big boosts due to 59p iTunes reductions something we haven't seen for a while?

Shawn Mendes  5 places

Selena Gomez  13 places

Ellie Goulding  9 places

DNCE  12 places

Walk The Moon  36 places

Shame the impact has not been as big for Years & Years and Natalie La Rose

Surprised Alessia Cara and Aurora are not the two highest NEs, not sure who Brian Fallon is 🤔
Lead singer of The Gaslight Anthem! :D

great to see Brian Fallon's album in the top 10 - hope it can stay there - it's a fabulous album

Ah thank you! I still don't know why he is selling more than the other two as they seem to have more support at present.
The 1975 are stable now! 1-6-6 is a nice chart-run so far. It seems it will be quite a stable seller.

Too early to say at this point. Looks like the Top 6 will be the same as last week but with lower sales.

The fact that "The 1975" are stable is more to do with the fact there are no big Releases this week.

Should be stable next week as well :)

Gaslight have a pretty loyal fanbase but I expect it will be very front end loaded so will drop over the course of the week - hope I'm wrong though.

Edit: meant to reply to the other post not my own d'oh

EDIT: looks like they've posted the top 50 singles, not sure if it's a mistake or not but I'll include some of that as a bonus! :D

#19

it's going to be amazingly close between Posner and Lukas Graham this Friday :o I just hope Posner can snatch it.

Same! (I don't even like the Posner song but that other thing needs to go very very soon :puke2:)

the first really unpredictable chart battle for a long while :o

Going to be close between Fifth Harmony and Zara Larson for the #3 position. Fifth Harmony are now ahead in streaming and sales, but don't think they'll overcome the 2k difference.

Fifth Harmony could have a good shot at #1 next week or the week after! :o

oh very close between 1-2 and 3-4 too... do we reckon Spotify won't provide proper Thursday data on time and then the occ will have to estimate it, so who knows if we'll ever know the real winner :D

I hate the fact that estimations help determine the official chart, rather than the real figures.
