Shutdown always felt a lot bigger than its chart peak suggested, but then grime songs don't seem to do amazingly well in the chart with the exception of Stormzy's Shut Up

I've heard loads of grime songs in the clubs - That's Not Me, Shutdown, German Whip, Know Me From, Shut Up, WickedSkengMan, Man Don't Care, Comfy, Golden Boy...

I'm amazed at how well P!nk has done so far :o TOTD on Radio 1 seems to have been a huge help! So glad she's looking to be back in the charts after what feels like ages :D

Oh I recognise Shutdown now I google it, they play it a lot as well! Those two Skepta songs seem to be the go to grime songs to diversify playlists a bit :lol:

I was slowly browsing iTunes and noticed quite a few fallers so I thought yay, some exciting new releases have made some impact! ...only to find f***ing Skepta clogging up iTunes. What a massive disappointment :rofl:

bit off topic but just noticed Dua Lipa - Be the One is #1 in The Netherlands, top 10 in some European countries and even Australia... wonder if it's gonna be pushed again in the UK... seems like a potential huge hit
