April 29, 201610 yr 'The Life Of Pablo' will presumably chart when/if it is finally given a proper release. Not sure why it has not been allowed to chart just on its streaming sales anyway... Albums without a download/physical component are ineligible for the combined album chart. 9.4 Streaming Only Albums Albums that are available for streaming only, with no physical or digital download formats, will not be eligible for the Official Artist Album Charts in their own right.
April 29, 201610 yr The Life of Pablo is available to buy from the TIDAL store, so it's available to buy, it's just that no one's buying it given that it's on TIDAL (for £20...).
