May 17, 20169 yr Urgh I really hope the video release doesn't secure JT of #1! 6 weeks for Drake please :D Good to see Stone Roses will surely make the play zone & good start for RnB. Desiigner will be top 10 this Friday :cheer:
May 17, 20169 yr Louisa hasn't released anything yet beyond that cover. And RnB will peak after their inevitable BGT final performance and increasing airplay. There's no mention of RnB performing on the BGT final
May 17, 20169 yr With JT releasing his video today is there any way he could make it officially. Still haven't listened to R&B yet It will be a close battle this week but my money's on JT
May 17, 20169 yr On the Manics, if Wales do well they will do just fine with their song and as the build-up to the tournament gets closer it could well rise - doesnt really matter if its the manics, its the football thatll make it rise. There's also a physical CD of the Manics single out on June 3rd, which might help it a little bit..

May 17, 20169 yr It's a shame Nathan Sykes is gonna miss out on top 40, I think it's a really good song for him. :(
May 17, 20169 yr If you download tracks to play offline on streaming services (im using deezer) do the plays count towards the chart as streams or downloads seeing as theyre not technically permanent?
May 17, 20169 yr I wonder if Busted's albums might make it back into the nether regions of the top 100 with their tour now in full swing
May 17, 20169 yr Shame JT won't be official #1. Poor RnB looking like they'll miss the top 20. Shame they won't outpeak Louisa. I was wanting them to follow the tradition where the runner-up does better than the winner. The last time this failed to happen was 2013 Why not? I imagine the streaming will be huge but I can't see much overtaking it on sales. Maybe the choir may come close on sales. As far as the X Factor Class of 2013 is concerned, the runner-up (Nicholas) released a single which went to #73. Sam didn't release a single but she did manage a #1 album, while Nicholas managed #6. Maybe Reggie N Bollie will end up being a slow-burner?

May 17, 20169 yr 3 Kygo - Cloud Nine (9.3k) * !!! this has done so well !! if the OCC/Spotify don't get their crap together it will play to Justin's benefit and he will surely snatch number one??? although I assume the Spotify data will be added and Drake will get it for a sixth week.
May 17, 20169 yr I can see Gnash going top 40 on Friday as he's just done a massive climb to #29 on iTunes
May 17, 20169 yr offline plays are counted as streams~ :) Really? It obviously can't send the play count in real time though, what if someone's playing songs offline and remains offline for a week? Will they count towards the chart once they reconnect to the spotify server a week later? I realise that's probably a far-fetched scenario but I think it's a valid question.

May 18, 20169 yr Author Huge amounts of streaming data seems to have been added in, including possibly yesterdays. Seeing as JT has such a big iTunes lead, he could take the #1 now, it'll be close! Sorry it's a rushed update, Liam is going to tidy/compete!
