Clearly (and expertly) formulated to smash radio for mindless mass consumption (more so than anything else Katy's done), and there's only so much enjoyment you can derive from that. Roar and Teenage Dream are my 11/10 moments alongside some 10/10s in the small hits like The One That Got Away, Birthday and Unconditionally :heart:
