Pogba is being held up to a higher standard than is reasonable because of the price and because it's United. He's been patchy, but when he's firing at full speed he's worth every penny. At the weekend he absolutely smashed it and made Kante look like an overrated pile of shite.

 

People go on and on about Kante constantly and then use him to slag off Pogba but end up using chalk and quantum mechanics to justify their criticism. Hold them to the same standards and you see that Kante isn't that big a deal and Pogba has been better than people give him credit for.

 

 

Pogba's slide tackle on Costa is probably my moment of the season. Costa got mugged and Pogba was up and running and 20 yards away before Costa even realised what had happened.

Rival fans throughout the whole season have been quick to call Pogba a "£89 million dab merchant", "dabbing Diaby/Sissoko", "all he does is change haircuts", "dabbing/galloping donkey" but although I admit he's been largely disappointing he has had his moments and I think the potential is still there.

 

I'm sure he will be much improved next season, I think the huge price tag has played on his mind all season and there have been certain games such as the match at home to Liverpool where he's been too over-excited and it seems like he wants to play up to the price tag instead of just trying to play naturally.

If that's your moment of the season things must be bad for united 😅!

 

In all seriousness both Kante and Pogboom are quality players in their own sense - Kante has been brillant these past two years and has won two league titles and Pogba will come good next year!

Just checked both teams' fixtures, on paper Swansea have the easier run-in, they'll be aiming for 7 points which would mean Hull would need 2 more wins themselves. Could go down to the wire where Swansea have a much preferable game!

Exactly, for ages now and still with the run in I think we're doomed, butt st least we're making a go of it.

The last relegation place will probably be decided on the last day of the season but I think it will be Swansea who go down. Teams battling relegation who have changed managers at least twice in the same season don't have a good track record for survival.

Hardly outclassed us! But you deserved the win, we didn't do enough. Some absolutely terrible defending on both goals.

We are up and down, but so are everyone else. We were in quite good form up until yesterday. I think 3 wins out of 4 will be enough because Man Utd have to play every 3-4 days now and they will probably prioritise Europe. It helps that there are some big games still to be played and teams will take points off of each other. The problem is we have little room for error, but every other team around us in the same position.

 

Will go down to the last game I suspect.

Liverpool should have won that match, don't see how they were outclassed by Palace.

 

I can see a draw possibly between Chelsea and Southampton tonight there.

Red card for Niasse has been overturned after a successful appeal. I watched the incident and thought the red card was harsh.
