Posted July 27, 20169 yr Now it's been a year since the chart moved to Fridays, do you prefer that day or were Sundays better?
July 27, 20169 yr Friday. More convenient for me. Although I'd love it if they played the 25 most relevant songs out of the top 40, instead of just the top 25. I have no idea why they don't do this currently as anyone would think this is more logical.
July 27, 20169 yr Sunday as they played the top 40 in full and not the top 25 only. Instead of playing the top 25, they should play the new entries between 26 & 40. For eg. If there are 4 new entries between 26 & 40, then play the remaining 21 Edited July 27, 20169 yr by Hadji
July 27, 20169 yr Sunday is the only day I would ever sit down and listen to charts - have seriously fallen out of chart interest since the Friday move (much of that could also be down to Drake though! lol).

July 27, 20169 yr I prefer Sunday as had the time for it, been Friday its always a struggle, MW Sales rip on a Friday evening is really awkward, I found the sales rip easier on Monday mornings as I had time for it.

July 27, 20169 yr Sunday. I mean, most people are too busy on a Friday night to bother tuning in. Even now I'm off work for six weeks, I'm still unlikely to tune in.
July 27, 20169 yr Sunday for sure. The chart being on a Friday clashed with my Uni timetable over the past year so I was unable to listen for ages! I have only been listening again recently due to it being the summer holidays at the moment. This may not be an important factor for me anymore if I don't finish so late on a Friday in second year though. We shall see when I get that timetable~ Also, Sunday just feels like the most chilled out (and uneventful!) day of the week so it was always fun to relax to the chart show on this day.
July 27, 20169 yr I'm in two minds. I miss the thought of listening to the chart as the evening before school/work the next day drew in (and I could also listen to the full thing). Add to that the fact that the Sunday chart show played the full top 40, I plumped for Sunday. But I do like how charts are now published and music is released on the same day worldwide now.
