Well, well done Liam on another spin off win, though I won't lie that this is a really disappointing winner...I mean it wasn't bad, but in such a good spin off, it just didn't stand out enough! Just not into that sort of thing I guess~

Gutted at N DNTN not voting, been mildly obsessed with the track since first hearing it.

 

I'm happy with a top 20 finish, wasn't sure what to expect as I knew it would be love/hate so just above mid-table seems about right.

okay lemme throw my views about this reveal from a host perspective! i really enjoyed calculating this and working it out this morning, from a hosts perspective it really does save time! i hope it was enjoyable but i do understand how an early reveal may kinda dampen the tension for u guys

After the disappointment of the last main contest, it was a return to form for Jadakissnia :D

Yeah I'm not too huge on it either. It just wom't work as well as in Eurovision, cause with BJSC everyone (lbr here) is in it mostly for themselves and wants to see how they do. The new systems kills some of that excitement

Ngl it took me a while to wrap my head around this new system and Lotti really carried the second half of it, it didn't really click with me until I saw it in action and I think that will be the case for a lot of people but it is definitely easier from a hosting perspective like Lotti said now that I understand it better :lol:

Although the 18th is a bit ~underwhelming~ after the plug listenthrough, I just want to thank everyone who made a discovery out of Sofia. She's become one of my favorite artists to come out of Disney (my favorite since Demi) and seeing this song get a bunch of big fans was pretty nice. The song made me realize that there is a bit too much hate in this world, and sometimes spreading love is what we need to get through the day. Thanks for spreading the love you guys. :heart:

it was nice to try a different vote reveal format and it was executed well though I must say I do prefer the 'normal' way of vote reveals and I hope we get that in the main contest this time (though I do like how you posted two sets of votes in one post, that's definitely something that should be made a point of doing especially when there's like 60 votes in the main contest final)

It was fun and different to have happen, I think there should be a poll on whether or not it should be a regular thing in the main contest? I think we're having it go ahead for the next one either way~

 

As for me well I don't mind really

it's completely up to the mods whether this happens in the main contest or not, no plans have been made for it as of yet

I like the new reveal system its a lot more tense and just different then the same old concept :wub:
