And yeah I'm not sure I believe the Roxy and Ronnie spoiler thing, because they've filmed multiple endings it's natural that the papers will run with one.

 

Also Johnny was truly horrendous on Friday. Ted has to be one of the worst actors I can recall on EE :/

Well there's theories that whatever is leaked are just red herrings, given how secretive the producer has been so far regarding everything else.

, that is a pretty gruesome ending and it's also a very real, traumatic event. It could have the potential to be much more impacting than going out all guns blazing.

I'm expecting him to just disappear, which has been heavily suspected on other forums, plus soaps usually copy each other and Corrie, Emmerdale and Hollyoaks have done similar storylines recently.

It's been seven months but I still find Libby's pregnancy much more ludicrous than her mother's.

Yeah I can't see it being too dramatic or drastic, probably just sad more than anything as most of the storylines atm seem to be more mundane and realistic than issue driven or dramatic or OTT. I can't see a soap tackling suicide in this way as an exit for Lee, suicides tend to be sort of evading justice or being at a dead end/guilt/illness (Katie in Corrie for example when she killed her dad, or Peggy when she wanted to end her own life instead of slowly succumbing to cancer). I've seen it suggested for him but I just can't see it. I imagine he will a runner, thinking he's not good enough, and maybe he can return if the Carters hit a real dead end (they're getting there anyway lmao...).

I have to lol at Ronnie's idea of 'having a great year' wpdespite the following: Ex dying, being stalked, dead auntie Peggy, drug mule sister, involvement in a rape trial, cousin dying of liver failure.

 

I suppose it's a step up from last year: being in a coma for 2 months, husband cheating with sister, getting bored of husband and him almost kidnapping son, going on the run briefly for Carl's murder, constantly interfering in sister's life and feuding with a rapist and the feud with Vincent that lead to Fatboy's death.

Did we ever find out what happened to Charlie? Is Andy still living with them despite not being on screen?

Charlie was revealed as still alive and living abroad during that Ronnie / Roxy fight last year over Dean when Roxy accused her of killing Charlie.

 

Andy left after that anticlimax of a showdown with Ronnie.
