I think considering she doesn't exactly have a notable fanbase at this stage, #27 is good when it's been out less than 24 hours!

I was also expecting a higher climb

more surprised at BEPs being #7 now

Assuming both versions are combined, #WHERESTHELOVE is #6.

Zara Larsson up to #24!

and I would assume #Wheresthelove and Where Is The Love won't be combined as they are two different songs with different titles.

Ugh. I wish people would re-download the original instead. :( The new version is awful! They've sucked the melody out of it completely! :(

agree they just sing the old lyrics without any melody

I'd also think they won't be combined

I did not foresee Where is the Love doing so well this time round. New version is average but i thoroughly enjoy the original.

 16. Digital Farm Animals & Cash Cash - Millionaire (ft. Nelly)

I think its better...80s synthpop style.

Seriously there is going to be no movement in the charts this week :drama:

Well we should have new entries to the Official top 40 for Zara, Offaiah, Digital Farm Animals x Nelly x Cash Cash and the Black Eyed Peas x The World and Matoma and Becky Hill so that is more than normal.

I very much doubt all of those will be entering the top 40.

I think we'll get Zara Larsson, Black Eyed Peas, Mike Perry and Digital Farm Animals though even that may be asking for too much

There still could be the potential this week for the most new entries in the official top 40 of the year. If Matoma and Offaiah continue to make progress on the itunes chart....that would be six....although it's doubtful.

I don't really get the dislike for the BEP track on this thread...the production is very 80's and I really like it, and I really disliked the production of the original.

I don't really like The Ocean, just an inferior soundalike to Alan Walker - Faded to me.

Tul-Tul will surprise everyone and chart at #1 once she gives another epic performance in flats :worthy:

You mean wearing flat shoes or in an apartment?

I believe the record for Top 40 new entries in 2016 is 7 when we had the likes of Jonas Blue, Lukas Graham & Rihanna all climb/enter.

'House Work' at number 55, very late 2006/2007 sounding.

I suppose late 2006 and 2007's minimalistic electro gave rise to this type of dance music, especially Fedde Le Grand's 'Put Your Hands Up For Detroit' and 'The Creeps'.

Never liked the late 2006 and 2007 period for dance anyway (as it was a massive comedown from the period just before then), so I don't like 'House Work' much.

I can't see it entering top 40 officially, and I certainly hope it doesn't.
