Eric Bischoff and Paul Heyman made executive directors of Raw and Smackdown. Really wishing for this to help fix the mediocrity thats going on with WWE right now. The wild card rule is rubbish and contradicts the 4 person limit and the pushing of Shane, Lacey and Baron needs to be scaled back a lot too.

Since the shakeup we haven't seen AOP, Buddy Murphy, Sarah Logan, Ruby Riott, Liv Morgan, Mickie James, Cedric Alexander on TV at all (Cedric briefly for 24/7 title stuff) and the likes of Rusev, Ali, Shinsuke, Finn, Randy, Robert Roode, among some more barely have TV time atm either all because of the same faces on both shows :/

Also what's the point of having the likes of Finn and Iconics as champions if they aren't featured or lose 90% of the time? No logic and doesn't help the guys or girls have an sort of legitimate run with the championships...

Pulling for the executive stuff to mend some things but this is WWE in 2019 so might be wishful thinking!

  • That he made racial remarks in a 2015 interview somewhere and hadn't apologised for them. Hulk's last appearance for WWE was in January for their Netflix debut and he was booed enormously.

Smackdown is basically a replay of Raw these days which is a shame as Smackdown was the best main roster show a few months ago. The wildcard rule is such a terrible idea and it's weird how The Miz is being booked to look like someone who can't beat Shane McMahon or even get the upper hand on him. NXT is still the best thing about WWE as a whole right now and having Adam Cole as the NXT champion is a recipe for a lot of really good matches and storylines.

AEW's 2nd PPV Fyter Fest is taking place this Saturday, if Double Or Nothing is anything to go by it should be an entertaining event. It will be interesting to see how Jon Moxley (Dean Ambrose) will be booked in AEW.

WWE is an absolute state right now and it's such a chore to watch it.

Shane Mcmahon being provided with such a gigantic push is weird to watch and I'm beyond frustrated for The Miz, why he's not been made World Champion, I will never know. He's ready but he's just been used to push Shane further and I can't see him being Raw world champion anytime soon.

The sooner the wildcard rule ends the better, Roman Reigns has been on Raw every week which is more than his own show Smackdown.

In terms of the booking of The Icconics, it honestly infuriates me. They've giving up on the tag team championship and the women on the show, we're back to our 3/4 minute matches again. It's so disappointing to watch, I'm sure Heyman will help sort this out though.

Yeh, It's weird that Buddy Murphy, AOP or Liv Morgan, Shinuske aren't showing up on TV but I think that Rusev is over in WWE now.

AEW : Well the Moxley / Janela match was crazy mad and entertaining. Truly hardcore! I guess you could tell from this match that it was the proper hardcore style Jon missed and got limited in WWE!

Also the chair shot to Cody apparently was a gimmicked chair that shouldn't have cut him open like that but damn that sold Shawn Spears as a bad ass heel for me.

The matches with the Young Bucks were entertaining even if I do find them a tad overrated.

WWE : Agreed Lee, that's the big problem, it's just so tedious and boring right now.

No one seems to make anything interesting go on in WWE. They had Miz start off good as a baby face and it was better than his 12-13 run but have butchered it just like everything else right now by booking as a complete and utter loser who can't get one victory over Shane :/

I keep rewatching Sasha's return 😭😭😍😍😍😍

My fave RAW moment since she won the womens championship in the falls count anywhere match  and possibly since her, Becky & Charlotte debuted.

So HIAC was... interesting

I'm still lowkey LMAO at it. I just couldn't believe they ended up doing what they did! In such an important week for them too. It's the last thing they needed in the week AEW debuted on television

The thing is, the PPV itself was actually solid (with Sasha v Becky being MOTY so far - W O W) it's literally the booking that f***ed everything up. I don't mind that The Fiend wasn't gonna be champ, but I could think of literally every possible way that would have been a bigger and better ending than the ending we got.

It was definitely a stupid ending to the Hell In A Cell match between Seth Rollins & Bray Wyatt. Bray should 100% have won the Universal title after the way his character has been built up over the past few months and how incredibly over he is with the fans. If the goal was not to put the title on Bray then the match shouldn't have been for the Universal title and ending a Hell In A Cell match in a DQ defeats the purpose of the match.

I feel sorry for Kofi Kingston as well losing the WWE title in the way that he did, especially after how strongly he was booked as a champion. I imagine he'll be going straight back to the midcard now. Cain Velasquez Vs Brock Lesnar will probably be a good match given the history between the two of them but it doesn't need to have a belt included in it in my opinion.

At least NXT continues to be a consistently good show with the likes of Matt Riddle, Velveteen Dream, Undisputed Era and the returning Tommaso Ciampa at the fore front. AEW is looking really good also.

Former unified world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury will compete against Braun Strowman at a WWE event in Saudi Arabia on 31 October.

Fury, 31, has appeared twice on WWE in recent weeks and has already started a feud with Strowman.

Speaking at the announcement of their bout, Fury said: "I fear no man. I am going to knock Strowman out."

Strowman, whose real name is Adam Scherr, said: "Tyson heed my warning. In the WWE, we don't wear gloves."

He added: "You are climbing into my world. You are a household name and when these hands put you down for good, the whole world will remember who the monster among men Braun Strowman is."

Fury said he was "honoured" to compete in the WWE and described himself as "a lifelong fan" of the sports entertainment organisation.

Royal Rumble this weekend! I'm so excited.

Want: Sasha

Think: Shayna

Want: The Miz

Think: Roman

Also, WWE have managed to get Channel 5 (!!!) on board and from February 2nd, they will air "highlight shows" that last 1 hour. SD will be shown on Saturdays at 10am & RAW will be shown on the Sunday at the same time. :D NXT UK will be streamed on the Paramount network on Wednesdays at 12am!

HUGE.

That's massive news!

Royal Rumble match predix with my two options for want to win:

Women's.

Want: Io Shirai (dependant on her injury as she might not even be able to compete) or Sasha

Think: Shayna

Mens

Want: Drew Mcintyre or Kevin Owens

Think: Roman Reigns

Miz or John Morrison would be good winners for wanting to win as well but I think who I think will win for both will happen tbh.

I will be pissed if Charlotte ends up winning over anyone else and you know what, I can lowkey see it happening 😂😩

I can't see past Shayna Baszler and Roman Reigns winning the rumble matches either. I think Charlotte Flair will either be the ironwoman or the person with the most eliminations similar to last year or she could do both. Shayna will probably eliminate Charlotte last to win the match. In the men's rumble I think Brock Lesnar will get elminated by Cain Velasquez, Seth Rollins will get eliminated by either Kevin Owens or Samoa Joe and Baron Corbin will get eliminated by Roman Reigns.

It will be interesting to see what stunt Kofi Kingston will do this year, if I remember correctly the one he did last year was to land in a plate of pancakes which was lacklustre by his standards. NXT have their Worlds Collide event tomorrow night as well so it should be a fun weekend of wrestling :D

I feel like the final 4 will be Sasha v Nia v Shayna v Charlotte, Sasha will enter somewhere at 24-28 and I agree about Charlotte being the Iron woman this year (I didn't even think about most eliminations but yeah, she'll get that again). I think with a number 4 entry though. I think we could actually see Alexa vs Nikki or Kairi to start us off.
The wwe store has added a new Ronda shirt, I now think Ronda will win.
