16. Sable > About right. She was one of the biggest reasons why WWF beat WCW in the "ratings war". Don't really know much else really lol <

17. Paige > Deserving to be on the list. Can't decide if this is too high, too low or about right lmao. Definitely in there somewhere. <

18. Shayna Baszler > Too high imo. Deserves to be on the list, but not as high as this. I'd probably rank her about 10 places lower. I'm really starting to warm to her as a superstar! She's showing personality on the Main Roster and I love it. <

19. AJ Lee > Wow! They featured her. Great. Definitely one of the more impactful divas! Deserving of being on the list for sure! <

20. Natalya > Not surprised that she isn't higher. She's great, but very bland and in her 13 year career... she's really not had that "moment" and there's always been a few women bigger than her. <

06. Sasha Banks > My GOAT. Kayfabe wise, this is probably still too low but expected & I actually predicted her lower at like #8 or #9 and below Bayley/the lowest of the 4HW... but maaannn. The video package was actual perfection and it still felt like they missed out a load of things! <

07. Alundra Blayze > I'm not familiar with her work at all, but definitely a name I recognise and appreciate enough to understand why she is there. <

08. Lita > The reason I stuck with wrestling. Right from her debut with Essa against Gillberg through to now... It's kinda annoying how WWE still underrated/under appreciate her. She should be top 5. She literally changed the definition of being a diva. Her pops were 3rd only to Stone Cold and The Rock (SERIOUSLY). WHAT A LEGEND. <

09. Ronda Rousey > Should NOT be here in the top 10. Top 25/low top 20... fine, I get it. But absolutely not top 10. Not yet. And I say this as someone who enjoyed her title reign! <

10. Bayley > They did Bayley dirty here. The first ever grand slam champion. The longest reigning SD women's champion. MITB winner. Main events. One half of the reason as to why we're in the women's revolution era. Takeover Brooklyn literally CHANGED THE GAME. Her 2 matches against Sasha at Takeover are just as important, legendary and perhaps more iconic than the Mania main event, imo. <

 

The top 5 is likely to be: Asuka, Becky, Charlotte, Chyna & Trish.

01. TRISH STRATUS > A very deserving winner and I am incredibly surprised that they put her at #1! Especially since they had Charlotte beat her at SummerSlam 2019. Everything that her and Lita had to overcome in those days... SO much respect. Plus she is the epitome of a star improving with every match from her debut match at Fully Loaded 2000 to, even now. Had social media been around I guarantee she would have been treated exactly like Eva Marie and not given that chance to improve. <

02. Charlotte > Not a personal fave, but we all know that in a kayfabe list of achievements she was always going to be #1 or #2. Meh. I find her very hit and miss and I feel like she NEEDS the 4HW brand more than the 4HW needs her. <

03. Becky Lynch > This is exactly where she should be, imo. She broke the barrier in terms of a woman actually overcoming the most popular male superstars, but her accomplishments aren't as milestoney as Charlotte, Bayley and definitely not Sasha, imo. She never even won the NXT title and isn't a grand slam champ and has far less "firsts" than the other 3. But I get it. She's v good, but I hate how WWE have always made it clear that they prefer Charlotte & Becky over the superior 2 of Sasha & Bayley. She is definitely worthy of being there though for the barrier she broke and the run she was on since SummerSlam 2018 right through to now. <

04. Chyna > You can't think of the women's division without thinking of Chyna. You just can't. I'm so happy she placed top 5. Sure she wasn't the best in the ring, but she was a dominant force and one of the most influential figures of business. <

05. Asuka > On paper, she SHOULD be this high. But her reigns have been booked to complete SHIT. Think I read somewhere that she has been champ for 50%+ of her WWE career! So, since coming to WWE in NXT, she's been seen with a belt just as much as she has without it! I wish they'd book her more like the star she is. <

 

EDIT: I forgot just how long Asuka went undefeated for + the fact that she has done literally EVERYTHING. Royal Rumble winner. MITB winner. Tag Team Champ. NXT Champ. Multiple time RAW & SD champ.

I read last nights results and just felt frustrated so god knows what their actual talent must be feeling lately.

On a 3 hour RAW last night the women had less than 10 minutes screen time. On SD 2 hour show about 15 minutes.

 

5 hours worth of time on air and about 25 mins of womens content. 25 minutes.

 

Ugh. It's 2013 all over again.

Some hopeful news, it's likely night 1 of Wrestlemania will feature a 4-way women's tag team match with the winners moving on to night 2 of Wrestlemania to face Nia/Shayna.

I assume it'll be Natalya & Tamina vs Ravishing Glow vs Riott Squad vs Mandy & Dana and I would say N&T are going to advance.

 

EDIT: Also, it's looking incredibly likely that...

 

- Women will be MAIN EVENTING another Mania this year.

- If they do it'll be the first women's singles match to main event.

- It'll be the first time 2 POC (all genders!) have headlined that PPV in the same match.

Mine would be. Karrion, Raquel, Kyle O'Reily, Kushida, Dexter?, Walter, Jordan Devlin, Shotzi and Ember, MSK.. I think that's it for NXT.

 

Lashley, Bianca , Tamina and Natalya, Bad Bunny and Damian Priest, AJ and Omos (or Omos turns on AJ leading to ND retaining), Riddle, Rhea, Fiend, Braun, really don't know about Cesaro v Seth. At push I'd say Seth with a sneaky win.., Big E, Owens but Zayn would benefit with a big win too. Natalya and Tamina Women's Tag Champs, Reigns (Edge would be next option as it coincides with his retirement date 10 years ago). Also if the SD tag titles gets added with Gable/Otis, Profits, Dirty Dawgs and The Mysterios.. I'd predict Rey and Dominik as it seems like a obvious mania moment.

Saw a clip of the HOF, just looked awkward having just the screens. Why was Molly's speech like 1 minute too?

They got told they were only allowed to have so long when giving their speeches due to having 2 lots of HOF'ers to induct. But they still did editing and really should've let Molly have longer. Ugh.

I think Billie Kay and Carmella will get added to #1 contender tag team match for night 1 of WrestleMania but Bayley will attack Billie Kay before the match takes place and will be the one to tag with Carmella instead which will lead to them winning on night 1 & 2 of Mania. In the match involving Bad Bunny I expect Damien Priest to do practically all of the work and it will essentially be a handicap match but it will end with Priest hitting his finisher on The Miz and then tagging in Bad Bunny to do a dive off the top rope and pin Miz for the win.

 

 

What's strange is that ultimately night 2 of Wrestlemania is leading to heel vs heel women's tag team championship :unsure:
